Your welcome :)

Same here. I can't even smell my assfumes, which have the same effects as Altoids (curiously strong).

Deth 02-18-2006 08:20 PM

I <3 the library. I picked up:

Public Enemy: It Takes A Nation Of Millions..., Fear Of A Black Planet
Massive Attack - Mezzanine
Alice In Chains - Live

Good to see my tax dollars doing something worthwhile.

nobodyblossomsforever 02-18-2006 08:20 PM

Hey, why isn't there a Primus thread?

EDIT: post order pwned once again

Deth 02-18-2006 08:59 PM

Because my stories are better.

Just realized it's my one year anniversary here at MX :).

ATM 02-18-2006 09:00 PM

How are you liking the albums so far?

Alice in Chains live is amazing.

Shattered_Future 02-18-2006 09:02 PM

Man, this new comp is gonna kick ***...electronica/trance rules.

I got from my library today:

Steve Vai - Passion And Warfare
Some Jeff Beck album
Sleater Kinney - The Woods (I've heard good things about them)
Tori Amos - something involving Apples (same deal, I've heard good things about her)

Shadows 02-18-2006 09:04 PM

Woah, electronica! I'm so in this. :) I remember experimenting with my drum machine by using some distortion on it...heheh, this will be fun.

All of them are great. I'm especially impressed with Massive Attack's album.

yuck, that album is pretty bad

you need to get the earliest steve vai album. the name of it is escaping me, but it sounds very zappa-ish.

Shattered_Future 02-18-2006 09:19 PM

Flex-Able? They had that too...

I dunno, I picked this one up before, but lost it. It had a few redeeming moments on it...

That's the one. You should really get that.

gillygan 02-18-2006 09:20 PM

I can never really listen to striaght shred for more then a few minutes.

Np- 3 Inches of Blood- Destroy the Orcs

Shattered_Future 02-18-2006 09:21 PM

I really can't either, but I remember there were a few decent, not always OMFG32NOTES!!!! songs on there.

ATM 02-18-2006 09:23 PM

Flex-able is what changed my mind about Vai. It's not even a shred album. He does do some sololing, but the songs themselves are well written and interesting to hear.

Shattered_Future 02-18-2006 09:27 PM

Eh, I'll have to pick that one up eventually...

nobodyblossomsforever 02-18-2006 09:32 PM

Which album is the song "Yayogak" on? I prolly misspelled that.

His new album is very good too. It has some interesting ideas, and Freak Show Excess is just awesome

I just met girl that moved into town through myspace. Shes hot and I'm going to hang out with her tomorrow.

blue3 02-19-2006 01:03 AM

That's good to know. I got myspace yesterday cause my friend kept telling me to get one.

gmoneyguy 02-19-2006 01:03 AM

I didnt think something like that would happen. I'm pretty stoked about tomorrow.

blue3 02-19-2006 01:05 AM

Where are you guys going?

Jev 02-19-2006 07:15 AM

I hate the crappy Royal Mail. I want my DVD now.

But I got a free Mozart CD with a newspaper so that's okay I guess.
