Someone dissed my band, and two other bands, I just gave them a verbal *** kicking.

I was just getting warmed up as well, I wanted to drop some witty sentence implying that he had even more oral sex with his father :(

To be honest though, anyone who judges a band on a live recording of their first gig with a bad sound guy and a terrible guitar amp, then decides they need to find the band, post on a guestbook e.t.c., must lead a very sad burger flipping life.

i get that - still, when we write a new song i usually record it on a live track (just put a condenser mic in the middle of the room and record) - and allways apologise for the poor quality

then people come and say... your drummer cant play for ****, it sounds crap - even though he usually plays almost perfectly

ahhhh well i couldn't give a **** what they think anyway so i dont know why im complaining - the thing that means the most to me about our music... is that we have two people, one who runs a promotional company, the other who organises gigs at some big venues, who randomly found us on the internet and actualy went to the trouble of contacting us (EDIT:) and the best thing is that i dont actualy think we are that good

Yeah I just enjoy laying verbal beatdowns on people, I.Q. 154 > High School Dropout :p
We're putting together our E.P. this january anyway, So it will be great to have something that is a true reflection of the bands ability on hand, Plus a local radio station wants our demo :)
When I say local I mean they have 100 listeners and are so local that at 1 mile away I can only hear them on web radio :p
I do get a bit pissed off when people insult my singing but then again I know I'm not the greatest singer but I do try and my first time singing in front of a crowd on my bands first gig full of nerves tends to not be a good proving ground for my vocal abilities.
The only thing that ticks me off is people who feel the need to go around insulting bands they don't like.
