You and your Horror Fiction class Alex...
I have no lessons and I'm hella bored. /mutters jealously NP-Dream Theater- Lie
That class was last year.
my friends doberman could say his frigging name "rawr jay" it was the funniest sh!t  /seriously
At my brother's graduation party, our mutt was so happy. We got a huge spread from Popeye's Chicken, and there was no shortage of people who did not know of his speed. The thing is, this dog at the time was 30 pounds overweight, but could still move like a cobra. My brother's biology teacher, Bob, showed up with his family. Bob and his 6-year-old son got some chicken and went to the living room. Bob's son sat down on one of the extra chairs we had pulled out and our mutt was passing by. In the blink of an eye, the dog turned 45 degrees, lunged forward, and snatched the entire chicken thigh off of the kid's plate and out of his little hands. Bob was laughing his ass off while his son sat there in stunned silence. Bob decided to let the dog keep the chicken, saying, "That was worth the price of admission. It was like on Shark Week on the Discovery Channel when you see the shark jump out of the water and its jaws extend out of its mouth."
Well we had to give the Great Dane because of allergies of me and my brother. We had a bunch of salt water fish that died. We had an Iguana who died when we ran out of power. We had this small dog called Gismo, I dont remember what kinda dog it was...that one died at the age of 14. We had 2 ferrets, 1 that died at 1 year old because of an infection, and the other was realy sick. We dont know why she died...maybe old age. She was 6 years old, which is old for a ferret. We had another dog when I was a baby. That one caught a disease. We sound like a mean family to animals :( Were not.
That sucks. We had two greyhounds before our previous one. The frist died of cancer, the other had her liver damaged by ingesting rat poison our neighbors left out to deal with vermin and then suffered a stroke in her weakened state. |

That sucks. The dog I had when i was just a baby, the diseaese he had, I dont know what it was or what exacly it did, But he wouldnt eat and he was thin as hell.Again my parents told me this because I was too young to remember anything. My other dog was the coolest ever. A lassapso(french, dont know how its called in english) was small but wasnt scared of anything. The Great Dane was even scared of the dog. |

My (immediate) family's had three dogs, I think. All border collies. One on it's own that my dad had for quite a while before I was born. She was a 'free spirit' kind of dog; she'd leave the house of her own accord and wander all around town, knowing which houses were friendly to her (houses of relatives/friends/business associates) and where to go to get free food and stuff, which she did, frequently. She never got hurt either - run over by a car or anything - and died naturally when I was about three, I think. I've no idea how old she was.
My dad was away when she died, and came rushing back when he heard. Pretty much literally barged his way into the local vet's (where her body was being kept, in a black bin bag) to get her back, then buried her next to a tree he'd planted recently next to the pub, I think. The other two were together, sisters, and not my dad's. We got them when they were more or less brand new (a month or so old, at the most), and they lived for quite a while, so I more or less grew up with them. They died separately, though. First one by epilepsy, a couple of years before the other. The other survived quite a surprising amount - ended up quite arthritic (from having broken two of her legs several years earlier), diabetic, blind in one eye and half-blind in the other - before being finished off also by epilepsy, strangely. Anyway. I just went to see Fun With Dick and Jane. It was quite good. |
I have three dogs. One Whippet called Tia who is odd. She tries to mount things like male dogs do.
I have a Slauki/deerhound cross called Merlin who used to be able to say hello. He doesn't now but he likes to think he's invisible when he heads towards your plate to try and eat something off it. And I have a lurcher called Tetley who lounges about all day. She used to live on a boat so that's probably why. |
Cats>>>>>>>Dogs.
That's all I gotta say about that! I had a nice pint and a chip butty at lunchtime. Being 18 means the pub can be visited during free lessons.
:O :O :O :O Nuh Uhhh!! Dogs <3 |

I had a rat before like I said a couple pages back and when she got lost I got this little cute mouse, I was thinking that I would never find the rat again so I decided to go for the mouse, but about two days after buying the mouse I found that rat again. I decided to do the stupidest thing I have done so far, I got the great idea to put the two together in the same cage, I woke up the next morning to a decapitated mangled mouse. :(
|
Wow. That was stupid.
I've had 8 or 9 rats over time. |
Yeah, I regret it, I hadn't had a rat before so I didn't know how teritorial they were. I have tons of those little pets, I had a lizard until it bit me. :(

Just picked up:
DJ Shadow - Endtroducing... Pixies - Bossanova :) |
/Pets
My greatest pet is Bob the terrapin. I also have a blind cave fish, and two cats. I've had rats and hamsters. Rats are nice, but mine were never completely tame, so when I picked them up I had to be carefull that they didn't bite :/ Once out the cage they were really friendly though, they just made a huge fuss about being picked up for some reason. |
My favourite pet was my ferret. I want to get another one and buy it a Burberry outfit.
|
Yeah, my expierence with rats was good but I let it escape to many times and eventually had to let her go, she was eating the wood of my dresser and gained a lot of weight. She was really nice, though.
My dads Co-worker had a ferret, damn thing smelt terrible. |
Once you get over the smell, they rule.

Are they a lot of trouble to look after? I was thinking of getting one because I could hunt rabbits with it as we have rabbits living in our grounds and my dad is getting sick of them but he doesn't like the idea of an air rifle. NP: The News |

NP: The News
I can't remember mine being any trouble. It used to run around a lot when let out of it's cage. It died because it didn't have a mate, I don't fully understand it but it tried to give birth without being pregnant or something and passed it's stomach. So I'd probably say get a Male one. |

Shame, I listen to them all the time.
In other news, I'm going to a ball tonight. |

Yeah I loved my ferret. Now, I have a Hamster.
I can't remember mine being any trouble. It used to run around a lot when let out of it's cage. NP: The News
if you it to get rabbits, you'll need to get nets so you can catch & kill them, or a shotgun to shoot them as they bolt. i want a ferret when we move onto the farm, but my mum won't let me, she doesn't like them, and i wouldnt really be able to take it with me to uni in september. getting a shotgun though, dad wants it too :). |
Nothing better then cleaning a small animal explosion do to being shot by a shotgun.
|
I want to make a crude comment about Jelle's balls, but can't think of one...any ideas?
NP-Dream Theater- goodnight kiss |
