Bah, I just found out my papa is doing even worse tonight than he was last night. I'm really starting to get worried.

My mom doesn't think he is going to make it. She doesn't know I heard her say this. She was talking to my dad while I was doing the dishes listening to music, but I paused it and heard her say it.

What's wrong?

He can't breath that well is my guess. They think he has cancer in his lungs. He is hooked up to an oxygen tank.

Chelsea: I have been through 3 funerals already. This will be #4 in 6 years.

I've been to four funerals in my life. It sucks.

2 were on the same day in '01, one was later in '01, and the last was in '03.

Man Matt, that is hell. My grandfather died a couple years ago from a heart attack. That is just hell dude, I'm really sorry.

I've been to two funerals. One for my grandfather. One for two of my friends that got hit by a car while driving a moped, they both died. It sucked.

I'm hoping things get better too, but I saw my aunt many of times in the hospital when she was suffering from cancer. She never looked as bad as he did last night.

That really sucks Matt. :(

Both my grandpas died on the same day, and then they held the funerals on the same day as well. It was horrible. :(

Same here man.

I have a friend..and since the beginning of this school year, 7 (Actually 8, another guy he was good friends with died) people very close to him have died. It's not fun stuff, but I'm sure it'll be ok Matt. This friend of mine is usually fine.

8 in one school year. I thought I had bad luck with funerals.

I don't know if I would be able to make it if 8 people close to me died in one year. 3 was hard enough.

i have one grandpa who is 96, and the other died before i was born at 64 or something.

I went through one in Kindergarten (G-ma) and 4th grade (G-ma) and right after my second G-ma died, my uncle died. Barely knew him.

But, I'm really sorry, I wish I could give you a real hug. Mehh.

Ya, it was terrible. It tore a lot of kids lives apart. And it was like a big deal, because the kid that hit them was supposevily high but my friends on the moped were really messed up and they didnt have lights on and they were riding two on a one person moped and I hate to say they were asking for it but they shouldn't of been doing that. It was terrible.

uh, my grandma died, some little girl died, my great aunt died, two kids who i went to elementary school with dad's died, and my cousins grandpa died. i went to funerals for all of them. so that's 6

I never got the chance to meet my one grandpa, he killed himself when my mom was 17.

Wow, that must really suck for you mom.

My dad's real mom died when he was 20, from cancer. My grandpa got re-married a few years later. My grandpa passed away when I was in grade 5. My grandma (who my grandpa got married to after) passed away when I was in grade 7. My aunt passed away when I was in grade 8. All four of those deaths were from cancer, and my papa has cancer, so the possiblity of me having cancer is pretty high.

If you get cancer before I meet you, I may never get to do some wild crazy stuff. Aww.

Matt, I'm thinking that if you ever get cancer, I may just have to stab myself and ditch all my friends and run away from home and live out on the streets. Think that'd balance things out?

(Me and Matt are like opposites lol..Anytime things go good for him, my life sucks, and vice-versa)

i think 4 or 5 people in my moms family have had heart attacks in the last 50 years. the most recent being my uncle a couple of weeks ago (he didn't die). also, most die under 70 on my moms side.

my dads is a different story. my great aunt that died, died at 97, and my grandpa alive now is 96. he still has another brother alive who is 88 i believe, and still writting books. i think his parents lived to over 80 too.

so i guess my parents genes balance eachother out.
