im a big guy. im 6'3 and pretty broad. i needed to lose it though. i could drop a little more i guess

i put on 35 pounds this summer. ascension to beast mode was completed and am now aiming for macho man randy savage status.

i lost 40lbs this summer

I lost thirty pounds and gained it back

it helped that i had my gallbladder out though
and that i cut soda for a month

i weigh like 138, im pretty much a twig. i have some muscle on me but pretty much no fat whatsoever. horribly insulated for a canuck.
