I agree with Mein Teil statement. Every time i hear it it seems to surround me. And it's also pretty loud.
But - it will never be as creepy and spooky as Black Sabbath's self titled :)

Anyway, when you play Curse you all Men with max volume and you don't know the song, the begining COULD scare you....

Slayer - Necrophiliac (the part where Araya holds out the word "hell." I was like..."whoa!" the first time I heard that and it freaked me out just a little)

Pink Floyd - Careful with that axe, Eugene (especially the Live in Pompeii version). The scream just gives me the chills. Btw funny that people mention the squeeling sounds in Echoes, I find that very relaxing for some reason.

G.G.F.H. - Room 213 (Frozen Heart Mix). I find this a really creepy song, it sounds really f*cked up.

How about Dirty. Right before the chorus you can hear some strange, high notes in the background with a freakish, but cool effect on them

Holy **** yes, or the solo in Dirty, that is a freaky solo, same with the solo in Earache My Eye... that is freaking nuts... plus Jon says "go Head" in that weird deep voice that he says "get your boogey on" in Got The Life right before it, it's just freaky.

I think that "Desecrate through reverance" by avenged sevenfold is pretty freaky. and "foundation" by sicks deep. they both sound like funeral scary devil stuff. it doesnt have to be hard to be scary, it the feel and the mood of the riff

Freaked the hell out of me first time I listened to it.

Linkin Park has a really freaky solo at the end of Part Of Me.... but that's about their only creepy riff.
