Agreed...and Thrice has a lot more talent too...and yet they only really get mentioned in pop-punk :(

Just to humor you I went a head and d/led a few songs and forced my self to listen to them...the song I got was chin check btw, and the intro was great...I was entirely impressed with it and it was wonderfully suspenseful...and then it was crappy as any other rap I have ever heard so I tried it out for you, but that contamination is already off my computer again...rap could be good if they didn't make up words and have the same lyrics over and over again...but really...how do they differentiate from other rap in your opinion, cause that was crap...

It is all opinion as to whether or not you like them...and talent is in the eye of teh beholder to a point. For instance, Yngwie has a lot of technical talent, but most people don't like his songs because it doesn't sound good to them, so talent does not equal good music...let each others opinions go since you won't change the other's mind by arguing about it.

I say f[I]u[/I]ck it, music is music. Its supposed to provide a lot of variety. If you don't like it, don't listen to it. If you do like it, don't let anyone else try to discourage you from listening to it.

i'm not very well versed in metalcore. but yours sound good. its in the kse- in flames area, considering those are the only two bands i listen to that have similar songs.

i found the first section to be average, almost like i'd heard it someplace else. not saying that thats a bad thing, but maybe with better recording and more instruments, it would be intriguing.
the second part is well, metalcore..just like it says in the title. its a nice piece of work. didnt find it amazing yet. i found traces of iron maiden in it. :thumb:. i'd like to hear the breakdown/solo for this one.

when i think of your songs, for some reason i assumed it would experimental as hell. but its a fair effort. more polish required. which lyric did you intend for this one?

It's not a song, just something I was screwing with because when I play guitar I go metalcore-ish.

I would be more expirimental if my sound card could handle more than two tracks at a time. You have no idea how long the guitar harmonizing took.
