I've seen a live video of them and it is pretty meh.
Their drummer (Derek Grant) is very good though.

Dan is an awesome bassist too... Im not much of a guitatrist, so I can't comment on Matt's playing...

My band are covering Stupid Kid on Saturday :D

punkemohardcorekid 01-28-2005 01:01 PM

I dunno. Alk3 kinda creeps me out. They are good lyricists, and talk about killing and death and stuff, so they have the ability to really wierd me out. They are alright, and they are beloved by all, but some of the music is kinda repetitive, kinda like greenday...don't judge me.
(expected s---talking real soon)

When the hell IS Church and Destroy coming out anyway?

Alkaline Prime 02-07-2005 05:39 AM

My favourite band (Obviously)
I've bought all their Cds, DVD and have only a couple of vinyls left to get.
All I need to do is see them live next time they come to Sydney.
I also love skibas acoustic stuff. And Dan is one of the most unique vocalists/lyricists going around.
Named my Bird Skiba.
*Alk Trio Whore*
How good do people think Dan Andriano is at bass. Apparently, all in black has an excellant bassline. I think hes a good bassist, considering he sings and the type of music he plays. any more views?
He is an absolutly amazing bassist, has some very inspiring bass lines and makes good use of them, and whilst he sings too. Im not too keen on his main vocals, he is much better singing backing for a lot of their songs. The songs that he sings on Good Mourning sound really bad i think because he sings them

chumpradio 02-08-2005 10:48 AM

So, my signed copy of From Here To Infirmary arrived today.
My cousin got Matt, Dan and Derek to sign it ages ago, and I bought it off him.
I know Derek didn't play on the cd, but still, it's cool having a signed copy.

sketchyjoe 02-08-2005 01:47 PM

My favourite recent pop-punk band. The music is catchy and the lyrics are sarcastic and witty.

Fatally Yours is my favourite song.
