Wait wait wait....BRA is from Scotland?
|
I think. He's about the most standard american guy ever though.
Guys... can we avoid another BRA-meltdown incident? Picking on him is getting really old. Let him listen to what he wants. Matt: the only thing I ask of you is that you enjoy the crappy side of your taste by yourself and not bring it into this forum where you will almost certainly be flamed back to Scotland. Basically... don't mention bands that you know everyone dislikes.
That's what I tried to say before. All his posts are super contentious and useless in the long run. If anything just spam like I do :p |
Matt, don't get all riled up, but sometimes it just seems like you're trying to get a rise out of us.
Don't be offended, just read this post and don't respond please. |

Matt we both have scot blood REPRESENT!
|
Does anybody here like Deceased?
|
Nah, though my grandfather was born in Scotland, he, like my grandmother and my father, was raised in Ireland. We're an Irish family, really, more than Scotch.
In either case, may we unite in the common cause of hating the English. @Luc. |

Luc: What kind of a Scot are ye? You must hate the English! Hatred is the only answer! |
Does anybody here like Deceased?
Deceased rules. I only have As The Weird Travel On, but it slays. They make everything really memorable too. They write some decent lyrics as well. |
Are they considered thrash?
I was listening to As The Weird Travel On on my drive home from my aunts house today and I was ****ing loving every song. |
Yeah, all the songs on it are really good. I especially like The Kept, Funeral Parlor's Secret, and Missing a Pulse.
They were originally death metal, but converted to thrash. But I guess we could talk about them in here because they're still death metal influenced so like... deathrash. |
I don't ever see them being discussed on here either so I figured I would start.
|

I'm Scottish and English (and Irish). I don't see why you have to hate the English. If my Scottish family didn't emigrate to England I wouldn't be here so iono.
|

The Kept is a great song man. What other albums do you recommend? |
Check my post above that... I only have As The Weird Travel On... which is strange because I've been listening to Deceased for a while now. I never got around to checking out other albums.
|
Oh. I'll download a bunch of their albums then.
|
Yeah, I think I'm gonna d/l Supernatual Addiction next, I've heard really really good things about it. And Luck of the Corpse should be worthy to get just because it's their debut album.
|
Can anybody here recommend me some good brutal death metal. I've listened to Putrid Pile, Torso****, and Devourment so far and I really liked them.
|
Let me know if you find a link for SA. I found two. One is crappy quality and the other one has a different pass on the first track.
