Mhmm..Stephen Stills > C and N...Maybe not Y. I love them all, though...

Anyways, sparked by the thread about rare records, do any of you guys have rare, semi-rare records in your collection? I've got "Very Together". It's a bunch of beatles recordings with Tony Sheridan. It's not worth too much. 150$ approx., I think.

Broken Arrow 11-01-2004 08:43 PM

I can;t say if I have any rare records. I have a mint sopy of the Wall.

I like the user title Dugstore Cowboy :thumb:

CSN s/t is a great album..it's what introduced me to them.
Ojhh not just any Neil Young song biatch!
lol, one of my faves. Alabama, Needle, and Words...three perfect songs to end an album. The best three being, of course, Golden Slumbers, Carry that Weight, and the End. =p

Broken Arrow 11-01-2004 08:50 PM

Not me.

I had to buy So Far on C.D.
aaarrrhhhh, put my mind to rest, now I should list my dylan albums. all studio albums bar a few and over 100 bootlegs.
Holy **** 100 bootlegs. I don't even have 100 records.

thickasabrick 11-02-2004 10:23 AM

sorry about that up there...my computer froze.

i only own about ten cds. but my record collection tops in at about 600 and counting.
there is really only about 100 or so that i listen to on a fairly regular basis. the other ones are just for when friends come over and want to listen. or if they are rare or in good condition.

edit- and how did this thread get to the third page between now and last time i posted. we should hire a professional thread bumper.

How can a thread be too big??

Anyways I couldn't help but wonder why no one has Tonight's the Night or Everybody Knows this is Nowhere.

drugstore cowboy 11-02-2004 03:15 PM

Tonight's the Night was lying around at work for a month or two...I never really listened to it, wasn't a Neil Young fan then...
On the other hand, I also have After the Goldrush on vinyl.

My dad has Everyone Knows This is Nowhere on vinyl. I'll be listening to it soon. I'd listen to it now, but I don't know where his record player is and I'm in the middle of Live at Leeds.
