Going to see 'Cradle Of Filth' tomorrow.

Yay!

Although, I am worried that I will get assaulted by a 'Morbidly Obese Goth'.
Or that some part of my person, or clothing will get attached to them.
Intermission on AEnema is by far the coolest song ever!
I know! I thought I was the only one that liked it.

HeLLmO 12-07-2005 02:36 PM

agreed Intermission is sick, i just picked Aenema last week, and it is has seriously changed my life. it is just so amazing, some of the filler annoys me, if find useful idiot rather usless, but i love Stinkfist, and Eulogy and H. and 46 and 2, and Anema, and Hooker With A Penis, it is just all so great, i can't wait for the new tool album

Plan B. 12-07-2005 02:40 PM

Try Lateralus.

bobby__johnny 12-07-2005 02:45 PM

or The Paitent

Plan B. 12-07-2005 02:46 PM

Well, Lateralus as in the whole album, but yeah the Patient is mos. def. key.

Jezen 12-07-2005 03:04 PM

Disposition, Reflection, Triad.

The triple song, thats where its at.

HeLLmO 12-07-2005 03:05 PM

Janeway 12-07-2005 03:32 PM

I'm reading again.
I should finish Jeanette Winterson's Gut Symmetries, then it's on to Neil Gaiman's American Gods, and hopefully I'll get to the library to get Tipping the Velvet.
I'm so embarassed when I borrow books involving lesbians.
When I was younger before everybody knew, I always promised myself that I would go buy books and movies full of homos, and tons and tons of pin ups, but I never did.
I'm still unbelievably shy about it.
God.

The Ska Man 12-07-2005 04:50 PM

I saw it on tv... What does he rip?

The Fiction We Live 12-07-2005 05:01 PM

He has a hernia. Which is:

The protrusion of an organ or structure into surrounding tissues. For example, an inguinal hernia occurs when part of the intestine protrudes through a weak point in the groin. Most hernias occur in the abdomen.

poppinfresh 12-07-2005 05:02 PM

god dammit today ****ing sucks. I keep spilling cake on myself. i have cake on every artcile of clothing that im wearing. I have it right down the middle of my white shirt. thats ok, il just listen to some dj adolf. n00bz,

Double Bass Jim 12-07-2005 05:05 PM

poppinfresh 12-07-2005 05:11 PM
Do you have any suggestions for what clip I should give a listen to?
anything sub focus is good as well but go to that place under listen labled singles listen to some of that stuff. Pendulum-aonther planet is a good song. he has corny intros such as in slam but it gets good. i havent heard that high contrast song yet. but anything shy fx is good. im actually listening to shy fx and t power on my sound holder. it has singing in it. and organ. listen to that. i think its under dubplates. i have no idea what dub plates means but go listen to osme of that. understand what drum n bass really is.
but what makes drum n bass is the drum loop and the bass but the bass can be substituted with whatever such as in this case organ. theres a lot of freedom involved so it never gets boring.

if you have a chance get the high contrast-high society cd. most drum n bass cds are like 30 bucks so this is a pretty good deal 11.

OmFg! we have this bring your favorite game to psychology class thing. I started a pokemon battle group. im so excited, 2 hours of battling!!! this is the best class ever.

rockindrummer 12-07-2005 05:52 PM

^^ Thanks poppin I listened to slam, which was pretty sweet. I'll give some more a listen if I get some time.

But my god was that funny!!

crud

Bone 12-07-2005 05:59 PM

Oh my I hope he made a lot off that one. Seeing how Blink isn't making so much anymore...

Just yet another reason why that person, and others, are a joke in the world of drumming.

I'd say brilliant as far as marketing, advertising and plain money making go. However that wouldn't have been my direction, by the end you only see how skiny, strung out and addicted looking travis really is.

Talk about a role model for the younger generation....

The Fiction We Live 12-07-2005 06:01 PM

You guys are incredible.............

It's funny.. can we not just leave at that?

Loyton 12-07-2005 07:54 PM

Would have been cooler with real drum playing.

rockindrummer 12-07-2005 08:54 PM

I just finished my first lesson in about 2 maybe 3 months. I started out with a new guy, he seem really cool. Likes to play solid groove type things, seems really good too. We started out with some rudiment stuff and are going to be working out of stick controll a lot, so thats cool. Really nice guy and has a lot of great influences like danny carey, carter beauford, steve gadd, josh freese, and so on.

By the way, the kid is a ****ing SICK bassist who i was lucky enough to be in a band with this summer.

-TheGlassPrison- 12-07-2005 10:03 PM

rockindrummer 12-07-2005 10:03 PM

nm man. Hells Kitchen is a freaking awsome show, I watched all of it both times it's been on tv, once on fox then once on the food network. Cooking shows in general are just sweet.

For your kit I would look into the 3005 or the mapex pro m, both are amazing kits for the money and will do you very well.
