I can never sleep because I have nightmares about my childhood. I haven't slept for like 3 days and I'm starting to have a breakdown.

I tried taking some of my xanax I was prescribed, and that just lead to me having no inhibitions and confronting my brother about screwing me over countless countless times, then my parents came down and talked to me, and somehow I came out to them about how my neighbor raped me when I was little and how my one brother used to beat me regularly when they weren't around.

And idk now I'm sitting here crying like a little girl and drinking by myself.
