Yeah, and less than two weeks 'til it's released.

I just had a xbox 360 hardware failure so I'm ****ing pissed that it'll probably take them over two weeks to replace it, so I'll have to wait even longer for that game. :(

Mass Effect will be good but I like games in historical settings with close combat better than sci-fi games tbh. This second half of the year has been great for 360 though. BioShock, Halo 3, Assassins Creed, Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, etc

I'm in constant fear for the red ring.

The [I]Halo[/I] series is something I've never quite understood the hype about, tbh.

Not to trouble you anymore but there is absolutely nothing you can do to prevent it tbh. I always had my Xbox vents exposed on all sides, had it in a cool environment, and did not play very much per day (almost never more than 2 hours, which is nothing compared to hardcore gamers). There's nothing you can do about it, 1 in 3 people have it, the only good news is that it is a free replacement process.

I just like halo because of the variety of game types that are available online, and the fact that the maps are always very good for the 4 man teams typical of Halo.

I know, and that's whats so disturbing. I've actually had the red ring twice, but both times the console started right afterwards like nothing happened.

I was always more of a fan of [I]Timesplitters[/I] on the old Xbox since I don't play online.
