they sold out with happy hollow totez
How did they sell out? I think it's a great album. |
it's pretty obvious dude
have you seen him now he looks like jude law but iwth a 24/7 boner |
Yeah, pretty unbelievable, but I'm sure it was bound to happen one day. He'll always be a BAMF in my book.
So I got a Hopesfall cd today, and it's pretty awesome. Good to see something good come out of North Carolina besides Between The Buried And Me.
Which Hopesfall? |
GAV: I wanna talk to sampson
 |
Radddddddd.
|
Which Hopesfall?
The Satellite Years. I saw it on sale and I had heard good things about them so I went ahead and bought it. |
I forgot exactly why I'm posting in here.
Oh well sup. |
Can someone here YSI me the You and I disco if they have it?
|
Croc and Load
\m/ -Gav
No, I'm making my own genre. Stingraygenocidecore. I need some You And I and Capt'n Jazz. Anyone have any? My SN is Arrakakaka. |
That's a really good album. It's also fun to play bass to since it's extremely easy for the most part. The song writing is stellar though.
Get A Types next. There's barely any screaming, but the music orgasmic and Jay's singing voice is even better than his screaming. Just be prepared for quite a change and be willing to accept that change. They're recording/writing a new album presently so that will hopefully be out before the end of the year, or early next year. |
sew i only listen 2 FFTL for the indie cred
Cursive is kinda raddd, I need to get something by them.
I enjoy FFTL... for about 3 songs.. and then I feel like I have to punch a baby. I really just wanna meet the lead singer to beat him up.. and I have no idea why. I would rather take on Panic! At the Disco, but I really feel a strong urge to beat the crap out the lead singer from FFTL Maybe I should start taking roids to decrease my rage? |
so today i had everything on as the roots undo stuck in my head
i listen to it too much prob |

What exactly is Cap'n Jazz like? I've heard good things about them. I need some You and I too. When I search You and I on soulseek about a million things come up, but they have nothing to do with You and I. |
Yeah, or someone could send me You and I over AIM.
Hopefall is pretty bad. All ive heard was A Types.
Try out The Sattelite Years anyway. It's different. Better yet, try out their No Wings To Speak Of EP. |
Cap'n Jazz is really catchy indie midwestern type stuff.
Cap'n Jazz is really catchy indie midwestern type stuff.
http://www.myspace.com/capnjazz1
Pretty good so far, I might need to get some of their stuff as well. |
^ They have a disco, but it's pretty much the same song over and over again.
Dece band though. Vidablue and ATDI perfected that sound though. |
^oh, well if they sound the same as the other songs then they must be pretty good.
I got my Gospel, Hot Cross, Welcome the Plague Year, and Angel Hair cds today. Pretty awesome. I ran across a La Quiete/The Pine split on soulseek and I found it today, I may order it along with some Raein and Amanda Woodward. |
i have some ****ty stickers
winner is me |
i have the la quiete/ pine split.
it's good. how can you even compare the vidablue to cap'n jazz. i think they sound nothing alike... |
i have the la quiete/ pine split.
it's good. how can you even compare the vidablue to cap'n jazz. i think they sound nothing alike...
Yea it is good. I quite enjoyed the Cap'n Jazz songs on their myspace. I haven't heard vidablue so I can't comment on that. |
it might still be in print, i'm not sure
w/e they go for like a buck a pop on the bay |
it might still be in print, i'm not sure
w/e they go for like a buck a pop on the bay
Yeah I found it on the internet, i'm ordering it right as we speak. |
hey do you think you could send me the mp3's of the split on aim?
i only have the 7 |
Admire my mineral-inspired usertitle.
Mineral is so gay, I love them. |
hey do you think you could send me the mp3's of the split on aim?
i only have the 7
Yeah, i will. |
mineral is good
|
Hopesfall is amazing. The Satellite Years is their best album. Get that shit.
|
Mineral is the shiz.
Goodman, if the split with The Pine is the only La Quiete material you've heard, you need to get more. It's not even close to how good their music can get, in my opinion atleast. |
i love greyskull. i think i like that split is better than la fine e non la fine
|
Better than la fine? Ok, now that's just crazy talk.
|
I have la fine and its awesome. That's how I came across the Pine split, both are very good imo.
|
Better than la fine? Ok, now that's just crazy talk.
maybe i'm crazy then. i really like greyskull. la fine is good too. i don't really think it's fair because la fine is probably better, but my favorite song of theres (other than those two new ones) is on that split. |
Greyskull is a pretty epic song.
|
I just paid my parking ticket online with a credit card I took from my dads wallet. I love technology lolz
|
dad's gonna have a nice suprise
|
how can you even compare the vidablue to cap'n jazz. i think they sound nothing alike...
midwest emo. cap'n jazz is more poppy, but they both have similar musical ends. vidablue is more dissonant |
