yeah he sets himself up for shear depression like no one else here

I learned my lesson and pretty much am never going to set up myself for depression like I did in feb

just made a ham sandwich with parmesan and basil tapenade and peppered calamari

i'm capable of some pretty shocking bouts of depression i dont know

as long as I keep taking my meds i'm alright

otherwise life is very dark and scary

im at least 90 percent sure that i've got life figured out from here on out
