Am I Evil is a very fun song to play.

The tab I read of Am I Evil scared me...

why?

It had strange markings around the outside (denoting powerchords)
Moreover it looks like something a little too advanced for crappy old me

I don't really understand what is so good about Metallica yes they are outstanding instrumentalists but very few of there songs are that great (in my opinion). I think the singer is rather horrible and with the exception of a few songs most of there stuff is boring and redundant. There new stuff is so bad that I would rather listen to the average pop song than torture myself by listening to St.Anger and whatever the other crappy songs are called.

Am I Evil is one of the funnest songs to jam too

along with soundgardens outshined..

My preferred version of of Am I evil is an improv jazz one. Oh so much more fun.
And I never really got into soundgarden

hey guys do any of you know if tallica are gonna be in england atr all this year? maybe at redding or download. id love to see them in concert but the tour dates arent on the website so im guessin theyre not touring

Tis a pity - Soundgarden are an awesome band and Chris Cornell is one of modern rock's great voices

Their album won't be realeased untill mid this year earliest, so there's no chance that they'll be hitting Europe before next year. Unless they do a festival tour before the states, but I imagine it'll be unlikely that they're in Europe before next year.

Yeah for sure. Soundgarden is one of my next favorite bands, after Metallica. Can't deny, and as a drummer, Cameron has some awesome grooves and fills in a lot of the songs. I love the drumming on Am I Evil? too. It's a song everyone should learn lol. It'll be my first when I start picking up the guitar soon...

I don't know why everyone makes such a big deal about how they think James's voice is supposedly deteriorating. In comparison to others, James's voice is in great shape considering how long they've been around i.e. Brian Johnson of AC/DC--im a fan of theirs but i hope for his sake that AC/DC doesn't go on another tour so he can at least talk in future years.

Im not familiar with Dream Theater so i can't really offer an opinion on them, but i'm glad that you agree with my point.

yea well ac/dc will go on another tour this year due to a new album

I figure Metallica will tour as well to promote their new songs.

no, we've been in since the 4th too. we had a week of learning then exams. so today was the first day.
