BRI is damn good, I think The Night and the Silent Water is the weakest.

To Bid You Farewell is probably one of their best soft songs, aside from Benighted, Credence, To Rid The Disease, and A Fair Judgement.

I'd say urrong.

It's just as sloppily put together as every song on there (except TBYF) but its riffs are the best. Especially the one from 1:10 to 3:10. And the acoustic parts and vocal melodies own very hard.

I don't think Advent, Nectar, or NATSW are sloppily written at all. BRI is the only one that strikes me as 20 minutes of randomly strung together riffs.

NP Augury - Alien Shores

TBYF is the best Opeth song from their first two albums. I love it to pieces. It's so fun to play on bass and on guitar.

To Bid Your Farewell owns any other song off Morningrise.

Yeah, Demon of the Fall is awesome, particularly the way it changes from the massively evil/aggressive beginning into a seriously emotional mournful ending. However, I feel April Ethereal is a tad more epic feeling and Demon of the Fall is a touch overated. To be honest, theyre probably equally good.
