Dark beers/ales make me sick these days. So so dark sodas. I don't know why. The only dark kind of beverage I can still stomach is Jagermiester.
|
All that light Americanized beer makes me gag when ever I taste it. It tastes like a one ounce shot of beer mixed into 11 ounces of club soda.
I'll stick to microbrews thank you very much. |
Haha, fair enough.
The most un-American beer I can tolerate is Hieneken and Corona. |
Budweiser is like having sex in a canoe...
|
Mgd Ftw.
|
I'm with Bobo on this one. If I can see clearly through it, I'm not interested.
|
American beer is complete ****. Not to mention drinking it is practically asking to be hungover.
|
Budweiser is like having sex in a canoe...
This wasn't meant as a compliment to American beer, I was posting the first part of a sh1tty joke. Apologies.
The reason why Budweiser is like having sex in a canoe is because it's fvcking close to water. |
Ugh, American beer. Drink good beer please.
|
east euro pilsener please
|
Luckily, this all has to do with death metal :)
|
Alcohol is a crucial part of DM.
|
Well... that may be, but you could ad least try and draw the connection, not just talk about beer in general.

Dechutes Brewery Black Butte Porter is my beer of choice, and I can get it every where on tap since its a local brewery. And beer and death metal go hand in hand because nothing is like listening to a good death metal album with a nice cold beer in hand. |

The worst 'beer' I've ever drunk was Kalibur - non-alcoholic and had an after taste resembling stale sick.
Being drunk makes Finntroll sound a lot better. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing though. |
Yeah, death metal.
|
I need some more old-school DM, any good suggestions?
|
Disgorge.
Dismember. Early Death. woah bands with D awesome 4_3 |
I got all Death, I'll check the others out, I also hear Autopsy is good.
|

EDIT: Disgorge is actually grindier. >_> |

http://indianabeer.com/NewsPics2003/News1121Lagerboy.jpg Oh, and lagers suck, even though I'm drinking one right now (since lagers tend to come in awesome prices for mass quantity). As for real beers: http://www.sheltonbrothers.com/images/beers/Arran_Blonde.jpg True Scottish ale brewed in the grim island that is home to the venemous-snake infested mountain called Goat Fell. My favourite beer, too. |

If it's ale and it's Scottish, it's worth a try. A lot of English ales are great too, of course. |
God Damnit stop talking about beer in the Death Metal thread.

Death metal is 20% music and 200% beer. |

QFT. Although, methinks "death metal" and "music" are interchangeable in that sentence. |

"We raised you better than that". Yea, but ya raised me in America.
A couple of years ago I was given a "4 beers from different parts of the world" sort of thing as a birthday gift; it included USA; Rolling Rock. Do you Americans seriously taste anything other than water when you drink that atrocity of a "beer"? |
Take it to the community thread... seriously.
