king of dudes needs to get off my case, I've been annoyed by people labling the bands they don't like as nu-metal, so I did some research, and in the genres thread posted Alternative-Metal as a genre, lo and behold, king of dudes says "I know more than everybody! those bands are nu-Metal!". The whole complaint is, he needs to be out of the genre thread. Anything he disagrees with, he won't shut up about for a few days. I researched and tried to be helpful and he right away tells me he's always right.

If you cant argue your point without trying to report me, dont argue.

ive argued my point, and all youve done is say "no im right!"

i actually went and made a serious post, with a good source and put down information, and my post is arguement enough.

for the suggestion part, i say we should build a sandcastle with the sand in king of dudes vagina.

Anyway, i just wanted to say that, when there is a thread that is perfectly legal, if you don't like the thread, its really not that necessary to go in it and say,"this thread sucks." I really see no point in that. Its encouraging flaming and arguing.

I agree, if it is a good thread, not against the rules, and people are exchanging good information don't go in and just post crap like, "This thread sucks". That is spamming a thread. Im going to go check the rules and make sure this is clear. If you want to post something in a thread you don't agree with then make an intelligent post and discuss your opposing view.

He was advertising, he deserved it.

Blah, he has had a month, there could have been several more done in the time he has taken. Go ahead and work one up man, the last one ruled!! You should do one on the members of Tool and see if you come up with anything that the die hard Tool fans here don't know. A person could spend alot of time researching these guys. How much more specific can you be? He was posting up links trying to get people to go to another web site. This site costs alot of money to run. The site generates money by people visiting the links of the advertisers and the more people who visit the site the more valuable the site becomes. When azzholes get on here and post up links, advertising other web sites and trying to get people to leave they get banned. If people want to go to that site they will find it. I don't possible see how we can be any more specific on why he was banned.

Additionally, this is not the proper place to ask about banned users. #1 this guy advertised in The Pit. This is a totally seperate area. This is the Rock and Metal forum, ROCK AND METAL, not THE PIT where he was banned. He was banned in THE PIT, not ROCK AND METAL..#2 banning inquiries are to be placed in the Site part of the forum in a section entitled "Ban Inquiries". #3 you guys should really explore a place, read all the rules, and then start posting.

If your "friend" only got a temp. ban for advertising he is lucky. If he had done it in Rock and Metal I would have perm. banned him. Keep asking questions in the wrong forum and your gonna end up banned as well......
