Do I have to write and essay for width of 112 and a height of 284?

You have to write an essay for any non-standard avatar.

But you guys dont even like most of the essays and still hand out avatars, why should I bother?

It's not hard at all. ModCP > Search for the User > Edit their Avatar with a URL. It's just not their job, that's all.

I'm not really sure what you're implying, did you report something and it was ignored, or what?

I don't do anything in the death heads or black metal thread, so if you have beef there, take it up with someone who deals with those threads. Personally, I'd be less lenient here, but a lot of users here have been banned so many God damn times for posting like retards that they have what seems to be an infinite number of back-up accounts.
