I just put the Country Music and Tommy the Cat tabs on my bed to attempt later.

Raise your hand if you can already play them...
Hand Proudly Raised.
Me! :) I just wish it was a better bass... darn kids, having to eat and wear clothes, sheesh, what do they think I am, made of money?

*hugs everyone and skips off, singing "Time for me to go home, whoo hoo!" *
Bye bye Shel

Foxfire 10-11-2004 01:50 PM

She'll be back.

They always come back.
:raises hand sorta:

Though for Country Music, I can only do the San Francisco bit. I don't find the rest particularly interesting. :upset:
The beginning part of San Fran Solo is the best.

The nelodic bit right before Moonlight Sonata. I could play that forever.

Jaded 10-11-2004 01:58 PM

*Tommy the Cat

Foxfire 10-11-2004 01:58 PM

Yeah.

I enjoy running through the entire solo. Goooood stuff.

e p 10-11-2004 02:01 PM

I get confused on Moonlight Sonata.

I don't think it's the timing as much as the fingering and which ones to use.

FUNKNBASS 10-11-2004 02:03 PM

It takes a good amout of practice.

Omega Red 10-11-2004 02:27 PM

FUNKNBASS 10-11-2004 02:42 PM

Hey Paul, what up.

Spaceman Spiff 10-11-2004 02:43 PM

i have discovered that there is at least 1 punk bassist that does not play a fender p-bass.
i was at a show on saturday night and in one the bands the bassist was playing a rickenbacker.

FUNKNBASS 10-11-2004 02:44 PM

Plenty of Punk basists dont play P's.

Spaceman Spiff 10-11-2004 02:48 PM

i know, i was just generalizing...
every other bassist that night (of 4 bands) played a fender/squire p.

PaulSimonon 10-11-2004 02:48 PM
Plenty of Punk basists dont play P's.
PaulSimonon 10-11-2004 03:00 PM

Hey nisakss.

PaulSimonon 10-11-2004 03:11 PM

Wow. Radiobasses postcount is 2004 backwards... nice :thumb:

Foxfire 10-11-2004 03:27 PM

I'm close to 3000! :D

I'm almost as much of a MX nerd as Radiobass.

:upset: :p

Wintermute 10-11-2004 03:28 PM

You relatively new people's postcounts are far too high...

nisakss 10-11-2004 03:29 PM

Hey, what's everybody up to? I'm here, working. Bored.

But well, anyhow, as for the boss affair, I really don't know what to think. She called me this morning to talk about some work, and then she starting talking about her weekend and about a movie she saw, which I didn't feel as strange but it ain't so usual for a boss to be talking with a guy half her age about the things she did on a weekend, is it?? Am I just paranoid, giving myself more credit than I deserve?? Because objectively that girl could get any man she wants, and there must be tons behind her, why the heck would she want me??

FUNKNBASS 10-11-2004 03:29 PM

Am i considered new Winter?

Foxfire 10-11-2004 03:30 PM
You relatively new people's postcounts are far too high...
Well you hacked your postcount you hacker.

Hack mine too. :upset: ;p

Nah I just spend too much time here.
