i don't see why weed isn't legalized when tobacco and alcohol are.

I personally dont smoke weed, but i think it needs to be legalized with certain restrictions. If not, it will just ocntinue to fill up prisons better used to hold mass murderers.

Actually, in colorado, you can legally carry and eighth im pretty sure. I hear thats about a week's worth for a casual smoker. This is the typew of laws im talking about: Laws that allow it to be smoked, just not sold in bulk. And they need to have restrictions on where you can smoke.
