I will but I warm you, it's only the intro, demonstration 1 and 2in full, not the exercises slow afrerwards, but I included the tabs for them parts anyway, you still want it?

repcak 03-26-2006 05:51 AM

the older (doom-death-metal) albums by Anathema, like Serenades (!!! i love this one !!!) and The silent enigma were all recorded with 7-string guitars and i can't believe the record will sound the same as with 6strings.

for some songs/music you just need 7strings!

repcak 03-26-2006 08:43 AM

does anyone of you have already Guitar Pro 5? Can you be so nice and send it to me? upload or via mail... would be great!

metalhead_matt 03-26-2006 08:49 AM

can i second that request

ForeverSilent004 03-26-2006 10:26 AM

Mass Hypnosis is a Sepultura cover and was released on the Japanese version of Something Wild.

Don't Stop At The Top is a Scorpion cover and was released on the deluxe edition of Something Wild and the Finnish version of Follow the Reaper.

me too

Shattered_Future 03-26-2006 11:22 AM

On the subject of 6 and 7 strings...there's some stuff you just absolutely need a 7 string for. It would sound like crap on a 6.

Toaster 03-26-2006 11:23 AM
Wrong. If your a good guitarist your fine with 6.
Yeah, I know. John Petrucci, Jeff Loomis, Rusty Cooley, Steve Vai, even Joe Satriani.. all really terrible.

It's an Ibanez, and it's awesome.

Sleepy 03-26-2006 12:51 PM

I'd like to 3rd the request for GP5...my trial is just about over =\

Shadows 03-26-2006 08:43 PM

Mitch sent me a .tab a while back. I right clicked on the file, selected Open With... "Notepad".

Then printed it. :thumb:

EDIT: No. They aren't Guitar Pro files. Nor power tab.

Good evening is a greeting, not a goodbye.

But I will be turning in soon. And I'm assuming you live in a different time zone than me, as it's nearly 1:00 am here. :)

COBHC VANCITY 03-26-2006 11:54 PM

hey MRDuCran, do you really live in finland with the Hate Crew, or England?

And to I'm Charming, i'll give that a try.

So today I went to my local Rock Shop to get some T-shirts, hoping I could find some nice Bodom T's... not the case. All their shirts are the album covers, and frankly, they're all ugly! I was disapointed, but I got a nice Emepror shirt. The one exception was the Trashed Lost & Strungout shirt, but my friend got that so :( any one else have a Bodom shirt?

Ahh, sorry. I misread. I thought you said Goodnight. lol.

It's 9:50 here in the west. I'll be staying up til at least 3, since it's spring break... oh wait.. I always stay up excessively late. :p

Apocalyptic Raids 03-26-2006 11:55 PM

4:51 here

I have a guitar lesson soon.

Yes. I have one Bodom shirt. It's the cover of HCDR with "COBHC" on the back. I like it a lot.

I like the album covers.

Yeah. Just right click, open with, Notepad. That's what I did with the .tab Mitch sent me a while back. (Mitch=MrDuCran).

I have two Bodom shirts and one hoodie. One Follow the Reaper, one Are You Dead Yet, and my Hate Crew sweatshirt that I wear whenever possible. I would love to get a HCDR shirt too.

Charmo, unfair, I don't get spring break until the end of April. :(

Really?

I had all my finals, early half of last week. So had an extra half week. :p I have one week of it to go and I intend to do something..... I'll stop there, I'll never do anything.

Guitar + Computer + Sports on TV(if something good is on) + a tad a of sleep. That should be expected. :thumb:

Portland, Oregon.
Well.... Actually Clackamas. It's 15 minutes from Downtown Portland. So it's basically Portland.

Did I mention it's a wasteland?

Shadows 03-27-2006 12:23 AM

Nope. Is it a wasteland?

AA-12 03-27-2006 12:31 AM

I got a new Bodom shirt today, it's the the black one with white lettering. Also while at the flea market, this crazy asian guy sold me a sword that he claimed he used to kill vampires with. I couldn't quite turn that down.

Well. It's very pretty and scenic. Even though it's the city/burbs, there are trees all over, clear air, very clean and all around nice... ohhh yeah. The people are vile scum here. haha. The people are more arrogant than So Cal. Then again So Cal isn't bad. The only place I thought people were arrogant there was in, Carlsbad. (small surfer town on the beach).

Yup, nice place to live, vile people.

Thank god I live in a really nice neighborhood, there seems to be never ending amounts of Meth around Portland.

It's 5x worse in Las Vegas, I guarantee you. The whole place will blow up one day in a massive explosion of narcotics.

I don't know. Oregon as a whole, is loaded with Meth. It's anywhere and everywhere.

Luckly not where I live though.

Hell. Sacramento(where I used to live) had far more gangs and the cops would be flying the helicopter everynight, even in really nice areas. With that said, it wasn't really that bad. Only in select areas. I never went into those areas, so I was chill.

Portland in addition to the meth problems, has what seems to have an extremely high number of sexual assualt/rapes.

EDIT: The cops are trigger happy as fuck too. They "feel in danger for their life" when they come across a looney naked guy. They shoot someone weekly or more it seems like. Mostly people clearly unarmed too. Who never posed any threat
