I dont drink for taste tbh, I just had some vodka and some cranberry juice to make a lame drink out of.
Drinkin' to get drunk ftw. :chug:

Iluvatar 11-04-2007 12:50 AM
I drink vodka straight.
I'm a pretty big alcoholic/loser but I'm not to the point where I drink vodka straight by itself.

one more bad relationship from that

Man for me it's easy. I enjoy it. I always have. It never took me any time to get used to it.

Permanent Solution 11-04-2007 12:51 AM

Nice cold vodka is fine straight.

Cheap warm vodka....not so much. =|

Kage 11-04-2007 12:52 AM

I can do either. I love it.

Permanent Solution 11-04-2007 12:53 AM

cheap warm vodka is like drinking rubbing alcohol.

but not as good.

Iluvatar 11-04-2007 12:54 AM

I actually meant to say by myself, not by itself.

I'll knock back doubleshots of vodka if the social situation calls for it of course

/willpower!

Kage 11-04-2007 12:54 AM

It's a rush.

These chocolate bars are soooo good.

big80smullet 11-04-2007 12:55 AM

I enjoy making drink out of things that shouldn't be together. Thats just me being a barman

Iluvatar 11-04-2007 12:56 AM

thats just you wasting perfectly fine alcohol tbh

C.O.A. 11-04-2007 12:58 AM

i really, really dislike vodka.

Kage 11-04-2007 12:58 AM

I like scotch on the rocks.

Permanent Solution 11-04-2007 12:59 AM

i really dislike straight tequila.

even thinking of it makes me sort of sick.

big80smullet 11-04-2007 01:00 AM
thats just you wasting perfectly fine alcohol tbh
okay 11-04-2007 01:01 AM

tbh i like tequila more than vodka

big80smullet 11-04-2007 01:03 AM

TVR: tequila Vodka Red Bull = Amazing

gmoneyguy 11-04-2007 01:14 AM

tbh tequila will send me over the edge.

Kage 11-04-2007 01:25 AM

Tequila brings me down.

Riva 11-04-2007 03:04 AM

Tequila is overrated.

Double shots, like Vodka/Jagermeister, or Vodka/Cointreau, are great.

dUSK 11-04-2007 03:06 AM

Tequila/White Sambuca shots ftw. Try it.

Riva 11-04-2007 03:07 AM

Black Sambuca is better.

dUSK 11-04-2007 03:09 AM

Not when you mix it with tequila. :p

Otherwise, urrite. Chicks like the white stuff better though, hence why I have a bottle of it in my collection.

Riva 11-04-2007 03:18 AM

I'll try the white with tequila, but you're right about chicks liking the white stuff better. Hence my favourite Sambuca phrase:

"I think you'll like Black, if you've got any balls..."
Well, i haven't seen it for a while, but the parts with Rodney Dangerfield's creepy sitcom are great and I don't know. Woody Harrelson's character is just badass and I remember a lot of psychedelic scenes that were cool. It looked good. It'd be easier to explain if I'd seen it recently. <-<
The sitcom part was pretty good, but that's about it.

Steerpike 11-04-2007 04:17 AM

I met with a local mentalist named Rick Maue yesterday. He turned out to be a very cool guy, gave me a lot to think about. He had a lot of interesting stories to illustrate some of his points.

For example, on one of the many occassions he went to see Penn & Teller live, something rather illuminating happened that hints at why they're so successful. They always mingle with the audience after a show. They don't leave until everyone else is gone.

Anyway, the audience comes out and a group starts crowding Teller when the ushers come by, trying to herd everyone and saying, "Okay everyone form a single file line. Don't crowd the man."

Teller stops them and says, "Hey... David Copperfield would make these people line up single file. Fuck that. These are my friends."

big80smullet 11-04-2007 04:54 AM

Awesome. plus they dont use animals so they dont get gored

Steerpike 11-04-2007 06:22 AM

It generally helps if you don't ritualistically sodomize your pets. Doing that does make them more inclined to violent attacks and mutilation.

Can you narrow it down to one? : /

Therion are pretty good, aside from their female vocalist.

big80smullet 11-04-2007 07:04 AM

Russian Circles - Enter
The Black Dahlia Murder - Unhallowed

You like pelican so you will most likely love russian circles. think pelican but better. TBDM are melo-death. pretty ****ing great imo. these are probably my two favourites this week

Transient 11-04-2007 07:06 AM

Gothic Kabbalah

I'm streaming tracks off their myspace and the instrumentals are cool but the vocalist is : /

She reminds me of the chick from Imperanon, whose voice makes me want to choke myself.

big80smullet 11-04-2007 07:15 AM

Riva 11-04-2007 07:25 AM
