Joy Division - Unkown Pleasures
New Order - Substance
Minutemen

Robert Crumb 05-23-2006 04:47 PM

I play my CDs on my computer. My stereo has been eating CDs if I try to play them on it. Fucking thing.

Digging the new Dr. Octagon album right now this very moment, came in the mail today. It's... actually sounding fairly good. Very different from the first, but that's not surprising. I'm not sure I love it as much as the Automator's production, this is more spastic, more electro-influenced if that's possible. Makes me think of "Diesel Power," that one song Kool Keith did with Prodigy. Gonna need a few spins with this one.

I recently picked up their album with all of the animals on the front, it's really weird.

Iai 05-24-2006 06:45 AM

The Twilight Singers - Powder Burns

Dulli's kinda lost his edge by being too self-consciously epic. Still a good album though.
