I have a whole year to worry about GCSE's (assuming thats what you lot have atm).

Dead Star 05-08-2006 09:58 AM

Haha, I didn't need to take a language.

And I'm doing Standard Grades, everyone else does GCSE

Bad Blood 05-08-2006 09:59 AM

Jay's Scottish, he does silly exams.

skingle 05-08-2006 10:01 AM

Ah

Dead Star 05-08-2006 10:08 AM

:upset:

My English exams owns yours though.

Bad Blood 05-08-2006 10:14 AM

Haha, oh well.

GCSE > Standard grades. :p

skingle 05-08-2006 10:19 AM

No Exams > GCSE's > Standard Grades.
Aye. I'm becoming a bit of an audiophile myself, I daren't rip any music in less than 192kbps now.
I'm the worst here when it comes to quality of my music files. I hate downloading anything less than VBRkbps, and I get pissed off even if it's tagged badly. This is what having a friend who downloads about 1GB of music a day does to you.

/me learnt "Woe" by Say Anything on guitar

I love Say Anything.

Special Brew 05-08-2006 11:06 AM

You guys are just picky. :p

I hate having stuff that's tagged badly too. But there's a program somewhere that let's you change the tags on your music files, but I forget the name. I'd use it if I knew.

Get Fighted 05-08-2006 12:40 PM

I can just use ITunes

Special Brew 05-08-2006 12:50 PM

I hate iTunes.

B 05-08-2006 12:52 PM

iTunes sucks. It takes me an hour to scroll through my music :(

Mute Print 05-08-2006 12:55 PM

Yeah, I don't like iTunes either. I only use it when I'm updating my iPod.

I'm seeing Pelican later tonight. Woot. :D

B 05-08-2006 12:56 PM

Pelican ftw!

I'd love to see them or EitS live.

Mute Print 05-08-2006 12:58 PM

I don't think I've ever listened to EitS. :-\

Haven't listened to the original for weeks, ah it's good to listen to it now.
So much better with Charlie singing. :)

It's the best online music revision imo.

It's pretty good I think.

Firecracker 05-08-2006 01:28 PM

Don't revise from it, it's wrong.
The orchestral landmark periods are wrong.
The dance characteristics are wrong (Gavotte anyway)
Just ask your teacher if you're uunsure.

EDIT: Brandon is a rocker.
How's you dude?

Gavotte? We've not done anything on that.. : /

Firecracker 05-08-2006 01:37 PM

Oh Ben!
Well it's not essential.
I still don't know the difference between the polka and anything else.

What you do need to know is, Beethoven is not in the Romantic period, he has his own little period 'late classical/early romantic (1800-1830) and romantic only lasts up 10 1900, then it's 20th century.

B 05-08-2006 01:37 PM

Laura: I'm alright I suppose. I had a fun day at least.

And yourself?

Firecracker 05-08-2006 01:43 PM

I had a weird thing happen to me in science.
Everyone was talking, so the teacher decided to smack his folder down on his desk, i sit on the front desk right, so i heard it particularly loud, but also, much dust and air sprung up, and also i felt this horrible wave of nausea rush over me and as if some padding was being pressed all around my head, like the pressure had been increased around me, i had to move seats to the other side of the room. Then i tasted icing sugar in my mouth for the rest of the lesson. :amaze:

Angry Balled Fists! 05-08-2006 01:45 PM

We had a kinda fight at school today.

Ooh new ignite just d/led
