I'm really not sure. I just tend to over-analyze things alot and dwell on things that arent really a big deal and I've been really stressed out about everything for some reason, but I dont know what I'm so pissed or stressed or depressed about so I can't attempt to fix it.

Where are Death Cab when I need them?

I just found out I missed the chance to see Hot Snakes 2 days ago.

Beat me, please.

br3ad_man 05-15-2005 06:15 AM

I have to miss them too because it's an 18+ gig. Give me a hug.

Happymeal 05-15-2005 07:34 AM

Looking at the past few pages in this thread makes me want to convince myself to be more optimistic in life. I think I'll do that.

talk show host 05-15-2005 08:09 AM

Optimism is fantastic.

Bartender 05-15-2005 08:11 AM

Wasn't it proved to be bad for your health, a couple of years ago?

talk show host 05-15-2005 08:13 AM

no, i think that was smoking

pixiesfanyo 05-15-2005 08:25 AM

Which one is that? The one with the "It's people like you that are really screwed? etc..."?

pixiesfanyo 05-15-2005 01:20 PM

The one about smoking.

I got back from my field trip from in Chicago. I went to Medieval Times where they were taught children to scream "DIE" when to chose for the life or death of an opposing knight. The chicken was good. My Orchestra and The Band also played a little festival thing at night for 40 or so people still there. The second performance our orchestra went on by ourselves there were 6 people left in the audience, it was so much fun. I slept in a hotel and got woken up by a bunch of females, I had no pants on. Then we tottaly all went to six flags but it sucked becuase big brother was looking over my shoulder the whole time. I did see a real life dance off though before the awards ceremony where every school including our own would spaz out when they won an award, good times.

Concerts within the next few days that I am considering:

Dredg
Slightly Stoopid
GZA
Kraftwerk
Spoon
Jurassic 5
Old 97's
Dinosaur Jr.

I fucking love the 9:30 club.

sweboy 05-15-2005 03:23 PM

Dude, that's just insane.

YDload 05-15-2005 03:53 PM

I enjoyed QOTSA's performance on Saturday Night Live. Will Farrell was the host, and when they were playing "Little Sister" he came onstage dressed as the cowbell player from the BOC skit and played along with the band. Neat.

Hey guys, I'm putting together a list of my top 100 rock/metal bassists (this includes indie rock or alt. rock possibly!) and I was wondering if you know of any good bassists that I might be prone to forgetting.

insearchofsomething11 05-15-2005 06:27 PM

mic todd- coheed and cambria

That sounds awesome. You cut short the part when you were woken up by females though.

Eh, he's okay but he's just not "established" enough. But I'll consider it.

And I got Duff McKagan.
