I'm going to do a few CD reviews this weekend, any requests?
Just dont do the new A Silver Mount Zion album. That review is my goal for the weekend.

I would love to see a review of Zaireeka.

Reaganista 05-13-2005 10:39 PM

British Sea Power is awesome live.

In case you were wondering.
I always thought the stereotypical Korean pwns everyone else in Starcraft, at least from what I've experienced back home.
I could beat em.

I need to wake up at 10 tomorrow to buy tickets online. Modest Mouse/Broken Social Scene/Metric/The Most Serene Republic ... Should be pretty pimp.

I've seen British Sea Power. Wasn't especially impressed.

Reaganista 05-14-2005 03:35 PM

That just goes to show that you are stupid.

Or your venue blows.

No need for me to dispute that.

Electrocution 05-14-2005 07:00 PM

What are some good albums by Tortoise, A Silver Mount Zion, and Ravi Shankar?

br3ad_man 05-14-2005 07:09 PM

Tortoise - Millions Now Living Will Never Die
A Silver Mount Zion - Born Into Trouble As Sparks Fly Upwards
Ravi Shankar - Three Ragas (it's hard to go wrong and there are so many great ones, but this is one of the best)

Iai 05-14-2005 07:12 PM

So I just saw The Hurricane.

I usually hate Hollywood films, but that was a quality piece of work.

Bartender 05-14-2005 07:31 PM

I actually watched the Hurricane too (and yeah, I came back and listened to Desire as soon as it finished). It's funny Grateful Dead mentions that though, as I've independently just started watching a Korean comed. Without subtitles, though.

Thank you, sir. Those are for my birthday CD list, and when my mom saw the Ravi Shankar she wet herself. So it looks like I'll be getting at least one of the ones I want.
