I think it was a suggestion to listen to a band called "Noenum".

For Metal try checking out:
Dream Evil, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Pantera, Dragon Force

For Rock try checking out:
Extreme, Ugly Kid Joe, Grand Magus, The Wildhearts

Also try checking out The Pixies, Muse, Rage Against the Machine, and Radiohead.

and Radiohead, and Iron Maiden for you.

Hatebreed - Satisfaction is the Death of Desire, in my opinion its their only good album.

Appetite of Destruction!! for slash

Motorhead to me is alright, my favorite albums from them are Overkill and Ace of Spades.

"The legacy", "the ritual", "the gathering", and "the new order" are all excellent.

black.hole.sun 04-02-2005 09:02 PM

I feel disgraced as a guitarist asking this, but could someone reccommend me some songs by Steve Vai?

flamesofbodom 04-02-2005 09:09 PM
what are good testament cds. I havent got any yet
Stick with the first two albums (The Legacy and The New Order)

Or you can get First Strike Still deadly, which has tracks from the first two albums re-recorded with modern production.

Nate22 04-02-2005 09:28 PM

I'm trying to get into A Perfect Circle. I heard "The Outsider" and liked it. So, I am wondering what some other good songs are by them.

Bartender 04-02-2005 09:36 PM

The Hollow
Magdalena
Rose
3 Libras
Orestes
The Package
Pet
Gravity
Vanishing
A Stranger

Most of the first two albums, really (Mer De Noms and 13th Step).

Dude3 04-02-2005 09:47 PM

OK, I'm going to get a new Cd soon. What should I get, out of these?:

Testament-The Legacy
Testament-The New Order
Megadeth-Countdown To Extinction
Opeth-Still Life
Death-Human
???
Thanks

flamesofbodom 04-02-2005 09:51 PM

Either Megadeth or one of the Tesaments

Death - Human

That is a decision you will never regret.

emericanapulse 04-02-2005 10:12 PM

Hmm...reccomend any Black Sabbith? (I'm such a dork when it comes to bands) I've heard Ozzy and maybe a few Sabbath songs, but I'm not 100% sure on which ones *in your guys opinion* are the best.
