Im liking The Number of The Beast. My first and only Maiden album. And I want to get another one in the near future. The Frank had recomended me these albums not too long ago, but im just looking to buy one for now, so which one should i buy first in the albums that The Frank mentioned to me ?

personally, i'd say you can't really go wrong with any of them, but out of them the one i like least is seventh son, it's a good album but i just don't like it as much. i suppose i should listen to it more often though, it's got great songs on it.
erm, Piece of mind is awesome, especially To Tame a Land, but Brave New World is probably my favourite out of those albums.

Powerslave's my favorite (as if you couldn't tell from the avatar).

I'm not sure you should get X-Factor next, fans seem rather split on that one, I'd save it for later.

So do y'all actually like the X-Factor? I was reading a special edition Hammer magazine on Iron Maiden and I got the impression everyone disliked the albums with Blaze as the front man. I listen to the first 5 tracks on the X-Factr (Sign of the Cross (amazing), lord of the flies, man on the edge, look for the truth and fortunes or war) and I really like them, but I'm scared to listen to anymore in case I don't like them! Sounds a bit silly I know

Nah, that metal hammer special was a load of crap, pretty much everyone in here loves Blaze.

The X-Factor is an amazing album, people just don't like the Blaze albums because they are ignorant fools who need their ears torn off.

You should so ask fot this thread to be called 'Gimme Thread Til i'm Dead'.

To be honest. I quite like some of Blaze's stuff. I prefer Bruce singing his songs like Futureal and Sign Of The Cross. But he's better than he gets credit for.
