But should the event come up that your girlfriend goes snooping through your phone and discovers said pictures, just explain to her (preferrably in a non-defensive tone) what happened and how SHE sent YOU the pics, unprovoked, and that you didn't respond or do anything with them.

I know MY gf would understand lol, but I know that most girls I know aren't as logical as my girlfriend is.

i read some article the other day written by a girl which had a bunch of things to do to get away with cheating

a couple of the big ones:

1) dont tell anybody (including your bros)
2) make sure it is a one time deal and no attachment
3) make sure the girl has something to lose just like you do
4) if she's in your phone put her under a guy's name in case you get snooped
5) same applies to facebook/etc dont be FB friends

and you dont want ANY PART of a relationship with an insecure woman

Burton, I hear ya - open and honest. I wouldn't cheat on her - I really don't feel compelled to, ya know? I'm sure my girlfriend would be understanding if I told her. I'm just not sure how I'd delicately approach the situation and bring it up, so I just wont. If it ever does come up, I can just explain to her what happened and how I handled the situation. If she's mad at that, then there's no hope and it's a sign the relationship is slipping. Abandon ship!

Raayl, actually, my girl doesn't snoop at all and totally trusts me - it's f**king fantastic (and totally unlike my last chaotic-mess-of-a-bitch-fest-ex-girlfriend). It's just not something I want hanging around on my phone, y'know? My luck is that a roommate of hers will look through my phone while I'm passed out drunk and find it, and that wouldn't be cool.

But it's that or the AX3000B. And I realized today that with the Boss one you can choose the order of your effects unlike the Korg one(which I think you can to a certain extent but not as much as the Boss). Which is a huge deal to me.


Plus money wise, I'm getting a better product worth more money than the Korg for the same price.


AAAANNNND as I discussed with FB earlier in the thread, I am not fussy when it comes to effects. I don't think anyone in the crowd is gonna care what settings are on my delay as long as it sounds like a mother****ing delay. I've screwed around tweaking plug-ins till I get them sounding awesome to know that I can do the same on the GT10b.

Plus I've heard some pretty good things about the effects on them. Cept' for the usual complaints about digital distortions which is rampant on most multi fx pedals.

Yeah, it's a theatre at a school. We get to rent it out for free on Sundays if no one else has booked it (they usually haven't), from 7 to 11.

Productivity is tough when you're trying to keep off your leg. Reading and thumbing through my math books is about all I could do when I hurt my knee snowboarding.

The bass is wicked. I won't even touch any other bass; I brought my Ibanez as a backup to the show, but didn't even take it out of the case. Definitely getting some good mileage on it.

How long did it take to get used to the fanned frets?

Not long. It's really natural feeling; the frets angle the same way my hand does. Playing parallel frets mess me up more now than the fanned frets ever did when I first got the bass (which was over 2 years ago, now).
