I'm actually writing an essay on the crucible for my english class now. I've got 500 words but have lost the motivation to finish it and now I think I might have to reread the play because I finished reading it over a month ago and forget some stuff :(

Haha, no thats ok. My essay is actually supposed to be about how the witch trials weren't actually about witch craft, but were political powerplays amongst the citizens of salem.
And it actually has to be 1500 words :(

I should be able to finish it as long as I can stop being such a lazy ***. Idk I have a bunch of stuff going on outside school right now so my homework is getting severely neglected. Luckily I have no real due date for the essay, I just have to have everything in sometime before the end of the semester.

Nah I really should get this done soon. I have 3 more essays to write after that on 3 different novels. Although I have a devious plan to use an essay I have already written for a different english class with a different english teacher on Animal Farm for our "own choice" novel assignment.

I've done that before, it's a great idea.


I have 2 TPCASTT/DIDLS and a comparison on the two poems due tomorrow and i have 3 more TPCAST/DIDLS due on Tuesday.

FYI: TPCASTT/DIDLS is one of those stupid acronyms where each letter stands for something like Title, Paraphrase, and whatnot. They probably take a good 45 minutes each so i'm not looking forward to doing those.

Writing poems for school sucks. I actually like writing poetry and used to write quite a bit, but I always hated doing it for school because they would give you a specific topic to write about in a specific style using specific poetic devices and stuff. It was impossible to write anything good or even mildly creative when given so many restrictions.
