I think Jelle and Riva are good mods when they want to be, but I don't see any reason against having an extra helping hand every once in a while.

EDIT: Bartender is also a great mod, I just never know when he's around so he could be doing much more than I think.

As for Vince I don't really know about him anymore.

He was there in Steerpike's thread... he got part of it, and I got the rest. He truly does like that poltergeist persona, and I'm sure that if I could rewind I'd adopt a similar approach, but then again, everybody and his mother knows that I talk too much and that would last for about twelve seconds.

Bartender is the best. I deleted him from MSN ages ago because we never spoke anymore, but I can still appreciate his work.

Working full time has kept me from being on mx much and even less of that is time to mod. I'll be more useful in a week when I'm back at school.

If anyone is serious about enforcing the rules than the Community Thread needs a cleaning up already.

we don't need to enforce rules... we need ppl, who watch out, so that no rules are being broken...

I like how I read the first three pages of the thread and four different mods have deleted posts already. Not surprisingly, they belonged to some of the forum's most pathetic users and people responding to said users.

This is going to take awhile, but hopefully things turn out for the better sooner rather than later.

If all we're doing is deleting posts I don't hold much hope...I'd prefer bans hand in hand with the deleting posts; deleting posts is more work for the mods while hardly punishing the spammer. Irony coming from me I know I know :p

Wish: Eventually, but truth be told, sometimes you won't even notice your post was deleted so you won't even be learning really =\ I'm just for harsh enforcement early on to teach then relaxing once everyone is following the rules well. Just my take, All the other mods have say over me though.

I tend to rep people a message telling them why their post was deleted and asking them not to do it again. If they ignore it, then they get banned, although recently I've just been letting people off too much.
