ShelBel 10-10-2004 07:32 AM

Risbo, what *is* your avatar from, anyway?

risbo 10-10-2004 07:38 AM

It's a fetus from the cover of a rammstein cd. I'm trying to change it but it's not working.:upset:

Edit: done and done.

Jamie 10-10-2004 07:44 AM

Which album, the nirvana one or rammstein one? Well the rammstein one's "mutter".

I'm not to clear on the reason for thanksgiving... But we get monday off and a feast.:thumb:

Radiobass81 10-10-2004 07:50 AM

Nirvana album with little baby swimming = Nevermind

Jamie 10-10-2004 07:56 AM

ahhhh yeah.

anyone ever heard of the band Ikara colt? the bassist is a really hot girl... jus thought i'd say.

gaslight 10-10-2004 08:11 AM

I've heard of Ikara Colt but never found an mp3 anywhere.

Hot female bassists can also be found in Australian bands Something For Kate (Alternative rock) and Daysend (Alternative metal).

gaslight 10-10-2004 08:20 AM

I have another thing to save for...

I want to get this bass and have it professionally defretted.

http://ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.asp?model=EDB600&z=y&color=1

The pearl dot inlays though, I don't want them to stay, will they be removable?

Left Shoe 10-10-2004 08:25 AM

i think the dots only go down into the board like 1/4 an inch.

JoeDaddio 10-10-2004 08:40 AM

For some reason "3 piece Maple Neck Material" just doesn't sound too reassuring. It sounds like "mechanically seperated chicken" or "less that 1% actual fruit juice".

joe check the hardest song thread!

gaslight 10-10-2004 09:31 AM

I've organised my music fund into individual funds for the things I want to buy.

It looks pretty poor so far :(. The percentage is how much of the total cost I have saved.

Ibanez EDB600PW (To be professionally defretted.) - 21%

Ibanez AEL40S (To be professionally emo.) - 28%

Ibanez SZ320MH (To replace my Epiphone guitar.) - 10%

Left Shoe 10-10-2004 09:41 AM

lol professional emo , gotta look into that.
right now im looking into buying a conklin ive got like no money saved but im still gonna act like i have a fund

Why not just buy a fretless?
They always sound a lot better, in my opinion.

Probably but Ibanez don't make any fretlesses that I know of, and their body and neck design is what I like about them so I figure a professional defret can't be too different.

Rollo47 10-10-2004 10:58 AM

Heheh. I'm getting there, I'll have you know. And I've been here way longer than you.

Espbassor 10-10-2004 11:34 AM
