Just picked up a Fender Blues Deluxe and Fulltone Fulldrive 2 mosfet for $500. Pretty good deal I'd say.

I found it on Craigslist for 600 for both but talked him down. I checked it out already and it's beautiful. It's a reissue but I've heard very good things about it in general. Only drawback is the guy can't find the footswitch. If he can find it he'll give it to me, but if not then I'll buy one I suppose since it's only a 1 channel amp with a boost. I hear it's overdrive is gnarly though. I'm kinda biased so far because I was playing through a guitar with EMGs but we'll see how it deals with passive pups.

CrunchLab/LiquiFire + ripped the tone pot out and moved the volume to where the tone was.
Funnily enough I told the div at the guitar shop I was gonna put them into an RG550 and yet he ordered non f-spaced. And they came AFTER ONLY TWO MONTHS. Fortunately tone loss isn't an issue, it's just that the poles don't line up.

Yeah. I'm fluent in both. But prefer one over the other for various things.
