Bush gave the tax cuts he spoke of to the rich, and is taxing the workin man to death, and the workin man can't pay his taxes becuase he got laid off. His factory moved to China, becuase the owner pays some senators some hefty pocket change to favor this trade crap that makes it easier for industry to leave.
