Hey guys. Just had the wisdom teeth on the left side of my face removed. It went pretty well, the dentist said that I must be missing pain receptors or tough as an old boot, since I did it with only minimum anaesthetic (to lower the cost) and each tooth took 30min or so to remove. It's pretty hilarious to see the tools of a dentist; they're basically the tools of a construction worker in miniature. Drill, pliers, saw, and these sort of quasi-wrench thing.

EDIT: Don't worry Stevo, you're nowhere near the "getting creepy cos you're still a virgin at 30" range.
damn, I have a wisdom teeth at the right and sooner or later he has to be removed :/

Apocalyptic Raids 04-29-2008 01:38 AM

I'll probably be getting my wisdom teeth out very soon.

Motherf'uck b'itch c'unt f'uck s'hit.

Just realized, i moved house, and they took away my 24Gb off-peak bandwidth and gave me 3Gb more to my usual 12 instead. 15Gb down from 32Gb. F'uckin' ISP is getting an angry call from me tomorrow morning.

the2stranger 04-29-2008 05:35 AM

That's a lot of anger there.

Do you download so much that you need all that much?

np: Nadja - [Untitled]

StreetlightRock 04-29-2008 05:53 AM

Heh, I actually do, on average its an album or two a day. Not exactly, but like, some days i won't download a thing, then on others I'll get like 5 in a day, depends on how I'm feeling, mailing lists, new releases, seeing live acts, recommendations, etc. And I'm sharing the net between my dad and my sis on two other computers as well. And hah, if you are wondering, i do listen to them all as well, today i listened to about 4 albums, lol (even if two of them were hardcore ones that went for about 20 minutes each =P ). I'm obsessed, its really bad for my health.

Stevie II 04-29-2008 05:54 AM

sounds like an addiction

StreetlightRock 04-29-2008 05:57 AM

Probably =( I should see someone about it... My ISP first though >: (

pate 04-29-2008 06:43 AM

I have all four of my wisdom teeth.

Apocalyptic Raids 04-29-2008 06:45 AM

I don't download so much anymore, I like to wait and buy ****. There are so many albums I wish I owned, because I'll end up downloading the best album first and so when it comes to buying I'm getting the second best stuff. With some bands it doesn't matter that much but with others.. :(

pate 04-29-2008 06:47 AM

Woo 4 albums in a day you've got a problem.

McP3000 04-29-2008 06:49 AM

im such a heavy spender i buy like $200 worth of cd's a month

the2stranger 04-29-2008 06:52 AM

I'm also more of a buying man.
If I d/l it's mostly forchecking out purposes.
If I like it, I'll buy it.

repcak 04-29-2008 07:02 AM

I wanted to buy the new Kalmah, but i d/l it yesterday and its nothing special... :/

I wish I would have more money... I always spend more money each month, then i get in... :(

the2stranger 04-29-2008 07:04 AM

The problem is that I sepnd too much money on small insignificant things.
Like going out, a night to the cinemas, an sandwich here.
All these things really pile up atthe end of the month. :(

StreetlightRock 04-29-2008 07:09 AM
Woo 4 albums in a day you've got a problem.
Haha, whoops, i meant 4 new albums, but whatevs =)

And yea, i occasionally buy CDs when i get the urge, but it's very rare, I bought 3 albums the other day, only 'cause it was the new Presets and Origin of Symmetry and RATM's s/teld were on sale for like AU$10. But i hadn't bought anything for like 5 months before that.

Music is f'uckin' awesome.

repcak 04-29-2008 07:10 AM

yes me too;
On the one hand i stopped smoking (~20Euro a month), but instead i've been out more often and spend more money on beer (~50Euro this month) :/

the2stranger 04-29-2008 07:14 AM

I try to spend less money when going out now.
Which means I'll buy good beer for cheap at the supermarket so I only drink one beer/cola when I'm actually in a bar.
Because a small glass of beer in a bar costs like 1,5 times as much as a 0,5 liter can in the supermarket.
Insane, but true.

EDIT:
I voted for the accent comp. :D

I think I'm going to put a cupboard togehter now for in the hallway.
brb!

StreetlightRock 04-29-2008 07:15 AM

Woah, 50Euro only? I spend at least AUD50 (approx. 30Euro) when i go out each session. Granted it's clubs where they overcharge for drinks like crazy, but 50Euro is still better than me, lol.

McP3000 04-29-2008 07:22 AM

all of you guys have problems. go see a psychiatrist and get some prescription highs

pate 04-29-2008 07:26 AM

I ordered the first three Dungeon albums. I'm picking them up Thursday or so.

First albums I've bought in years. This is making me want to start buying again.
