Tis, I find that by leaving it till the last minute, I usually end up doing better that way than if I spend absolute ages on it over a period of time.
Well, I did my bit to sort out the ex-girlfriend situation. Thought about it, decided which one I wanted to be with....

That sucks man, but you might be better off starting with a clean slate. As cliché as it seems.
Some of my friends are going tomorrow night. I could've gone, but I wasn't about to shell out at least $80.
Pfft... If I could only be so lucky. The Toronto show sold out like that!

Calvin: I'm not in the right mood to do work right now.

Hobbes: What mood is that?

Calvin: Last-minute panic.

--------

But yeah, last-minute work seems to always be so much more satisfying.

Woah, it's been 3 hours.

BillCosby 05-05-2005 10:16 PM

I'm buying an album tommorow.

What should I buy?

Tomahawk 05-05-2005 10:20 PM

You should obviously buy Everclear by American Music Club.

Wanker 05-06-2005 03:23 PM

So how's everyone doing today?

Today I found out that my Self & Society final is going to be a survey we fill out on how we thought of the class. That lady's getting poor marks from me.

Ahhh, the weekend.

As in the Evens? And yes give him a ton of booze.

Bartender 05-06-2005 08:44 PM

Does anyone know a song with a chorus that goes "..we sleep all, we sleep all day, we sleep all, we sleep all day, over" ?

I'm just watching some "health education" video, and it plays on there for quite a while.

Happymeal 05-06-2005 08:54 PM

I believe it's "Sleep All Day" by Jazon Mraz.

Bartender 05-06-2005 09:07 PM

Really? Doesn't sound like his voice. But then I suppose I've heard a grand total of..one song by him anyway. Thanks.

biografiend 05-06-2005 09:33 PM

Tonight was the most fun I've had in a long time. My friend and I went to hang out with some of her friends whom I had never met before (who turned out to be amazing people) and we ended up playing frisbee football and buckbuck while listening to some awesome 80's music.

Yes the Evens.
I like The Beatles less and less these days.
why, cause its trendy?

br3ad_man 05-07-2005 05:44 AM

No, because I am getting horribly bored of them and everyone saying that they are so amazingly better than any other band in existence.

Master Arkam Kannon 05-07-2005 12:06 PM
No, because I am getting horribly bored of them and everyone saying that they are so amazingly better than any other band in existence.
they arent, but certain metalheads say Metallica is the greatest band ever too, that doesnt make it true. just ignore these people and base your like or dislike on what you think. you're a smart guy, dont let idiots sway your views of a band, unless its the libertines, and they suck.

AndreTheHyena 05-07-2005 02:00 PM

The Beatles used to be my favorite band, but then I got into punk rock and achieved a certain punk rock mindset and my admiration for the Beatles never recovered. Their early pop stuff is interchangeably replaceable at best, and I hate Paul McCartney. I still love Rubebr Soul and the "White Album", though.

Iai 05-07-2005 02:08 PM

The Beatles are a little too hit-and-miss for me. Their best work is untouchable, though.

AndreTheHyena 05-07-2005 02:17 PM

Completely off-subject, but if anyone wants to Yousendit or send me via AIM "Friday I'm in Love" immediately, I'd be much obliged. Soulseek is down and I can't find my copy of the album.

BillCosby 05-07-2005 02:54 PM

I still love the Beatles.

Electrocution 05-07-2005 03:03 PM

Soooo I saw The Mars Volta last night.

ATM 05-07-2005 03:14 PM

How was it?

AndreTheHyena 05-07-2005 03:41 PM

No one helps me. :upset:
