You bind a bunch of them together, make sure it's electrical tape, and TIGHT. Very, very tight. If you don't have a fuse, just make the end of one sparkler stick out and light it, that way it will burn down and light the rest of them. You put it at the top, because the bottom of the sparklers will be in the ground, DUH.

Last year my friend got me a huge brick of Bunker Bombs for my birthday and we had them all rigged up together for one big thing in about an hour. It was great. We lined up some action figures standing on it and they got blown up. :D
