whenever we get 2 inces of snow the whole state pretty much shuts down. but yeah, the roads are pretty bad and there's about 4 inches and everyone's freaking out

LOL. back home we have varying amounts of snow from approx September to May. lately the climate's been a changing, so there's only proper snow (i.e. not three meters of snow one day, then no snow the next...) from approx November - April, I guess.

yeah that would suck, we don't even get a meter of snow accumulated in winter. I like it better that way, the response time for snowplows is horrible and everything closes and you can't drive anywhere
