i did Dream Theater's "Blind Faith, and it turned out well so I think I'll put that up
my camera sucks though. If you judged by its mic, my drums all sound awful, which stinks because they sound really great in person. it picked up my cymbals really well though

I'd like to grab some new tom heads with a nice, deep tone that still lets those tiny toms sing out. Preferably medium-short sustain.

Now, i've heard about Evans' hydraulic black drumheads, and they seem like a good bet, but i've heard about some trouble with their durabillity; anyone have any experience with these? They'd look really sexy on my black pearl export set.

yeah so tomorrow we will be done recording our ep in it's entirety, we already have our artwork done, and we are going to call around to see what it'll cost to press 500 copies, and hopefully we will have that all accomplished by mid-may, and we're going to try doing a double cd-release party with another band which we are friends with who are putting out their full length.
