Marty Freidman is great, but I could never understand him. At least not his melodic video. I don't know any scales or anything either, which also probably why it makes no sense to me. If you want to learn good scales and such though, I couldn't find anyone better than Rusty Cooley. I have his "Extreme Pentatonics" video, and his "Shred Guitar Manifesto" which are both great. The only problem is that you might need to pause it alot to practice them. I also have the tab books for the videos, so if I learn how to send them somehow I can if you want.

I always thought Cooley was a totaly wanker.

That would be REALLY awesome. All I really know is the pentatonic, the major, and I think the minor, I hardly know any scales.

Yeah, the "Extreme Pentatonic" video goes through a ton of scales. What is your e-mail? I will send the video's and books through that.

Anyone know when the next CoB album is going to be released?

I don't even think Bodom knows...

I've heard a few songs from Are You Dead Yet and I was wondering if i should pick it up because I cant decide if i like it yet. It sounds less thought out than their earlier albums but I think that might be a good thing. I think Alexi is amazing but sometimes he goes a little overboard.
