nah dude, it sort of starts to blend, which really sucks
I went on a 4 day drunk once while canoeing in Missouri and never got a hangover. Well actually I drank for 54 hours straight before I passed out for 3 hours and woke up and continued for a long while after that. Gotta love energy drinks. I ultimately passed out and ended up with alcohol poisoning. That was worse then a hangover I guess. I have very little recollection of the weekend but the people I was with said I had fun.

I miss the days when I was younger when I could go out drinking till the wee hours then sleep a couple and go to work only to do it all again the next day.
It seems after I hit twenty five it takes me a day to recover after a good drunk. And If I drink lots of Vodka and monsters (or rockstars) or a strict diet of jagerbombs It will take me atleast 2 days to recover.

I will turn 30 in 6 days who knows maybe I will be able to drink like I was twenty again.
Looks fine in the browser.

Check the validation against your XHTML Strict doctype schema. The use of uppercase tags, attributes, and some unclosed tags will cause that to fail.
(why don't you try out HTML5?)

Separate all of your CSS out into a separate file.

Use CSS to change the focus states of links. Using the a:focus and a:hover pseudo-selectors. This will avoid the need for the device dependant Javascript: 'on Mouse Over', etc.

Get all the images that are purely design related into the CSS (don't use spacers). The images that are actually content related must have a useful alt attribute.

Don't have an image of text. If you want to use a fancy font or some kind of animation then try sIFR.

Avoid the use of deprecated tags and attributes. Like <center> or bgcolor

Obfuscate your email address unless you want to get raped up the poopchute by spammers.

The semantic use of heading tags will help with d0cument structure, readibility, and maybe even SOE.
yeah i chcked it and theres like 300 errors lol they're all stupid little errors though im not really that sure what yer talkking about for the most part i have little knowledge of html and this was the first time i figured out a css layout :| i made it by trial and error! kinda glad once it works it works, feel free to fix it up a bit i dont think its that bad for just something off the top of my head

I like your phrasing :-D

Also, this phenomenon of being wasted faster/longer with getting older i have noticed aswell, but i've taken counter measures like physical activity and drinking a lot of water while getting poopfaced, and having a good broth afterwards to stabilize electrolytes. i've built some muscle in order to have a faster metabolism and burn alc faster.

yup your getting old :)

i just down a few glasses of water and pop some painkillers in before i sleep, its not particularly good for you but u wake up a bit better

oary77 09-07-2009 11:01 AM

i may have to try that water inbetween thing as a way to avert hangovers. Next weekend...I may have to put a little straw in it and tell people its vodka to avoid lookin like a sissy

Blue_Moon 09-07-2009 11:09 AM

its recomended

1 pint of beer = 1 water

cba though

when i was visiting my friend his exchange year in sweden they had free glasses of water on all the student bars. i downed a glass for every shot or beer i'd had (facing to the wall, so i didn't look like a sissy) and i was fine the next day - believe me, the swedish know how to get shitfaced :naughty:

it really differs how much alcohol i can handle, depends on so many things like food, pulse, hydration etc so it's really hard to walk on the thin line between loving everything and praying to the porcelain god for hours

Blue_Moon 09-07-2009 11:28 AM

they know how to pay for it too

i factor in what drinks to drink depending on my food or water intake

i overthink things to ****

its odd
Dammit late for Fallout 3 talk. Oh well I'm going to talk about it anyway.

Most of my stats went into sneak, small guns, and lockpick, until I got power armour then it was just WHEEEE BIG GUNS. Most of my early time in F3 was spent hiding behind rocks with a hunting rifle, making headshots then fleeing like a Frenchman.

I'm still ploughing my way through the 4th DLC.
i hardly ever aimed in that game, i'd just use the VATS. that way i could snipe with the 44 magnum cos its mad accurate.

also the silenced 10mm is swe0t in the metro stations, so you can kill those zombies without alerting others.

usually after i take a piss i'll go get a glass of water and down that, then get back to my alcohols. definitely helps, i hardly ever get hangovers anymore.

Blue_Moon 09-07-2009 12:20 PM

i still havnt been able to play far cry its to distant between missions driving around doing the same thing

may return it for a diff game, its rather annoying with those nignogs everywhere

mnemonic 09-07-2009 03:13 PM

shooting nignogs is one of the best parts once you get a good gun, haha.

i like picking them off from a distance and they run around not knowing what to do.

also, i kinda wish the cars went faster or something, but atleast you can take the bus to get to far edges of the map. that makes it easier.

Blue_Moon 09-07-2009 03:30 PM

yeah i hate driving around, then u run into those eejits who just start shooting you, im not into that at all, and yeah i pick them off too, i dont like getting into the mist of things always from a distance is the way

The_Mop 09-07-2009 03:40 PM

Far Cry 2 gets very dull, very quickly. The best thing is the graphics tbh.

Blue_Moon 09-07-2009 03:43 PM

yeah its dull and i did only 1 poper mission

bad purchase al, i also got tom clancy's end war recently, equally bad purchase but i do love trade in gaming

new halo on 22nd september, i will litereally piss myself playing it

Aes820 09-07-2009 05:37 PM

Fallout 3 would be dull like that too if you couldn't fast travel.

It'll suck having to walk from Raven Rock to the Jefferson Memorial, getting sidetracked by yet more bloody Radscorpions.

mnemonic 09-07-2009 05:51 PM

it would be such a bitch to navigate through DC without fast travel.

goddamn you cant go 30 feet without running into a squad of super mutants that usually contains atleast one brute.

purple_hazer 09-07-2009 10:43 PM

my fallout file has become corrupt with the AIDS it seems

i was near the capital building (in that walkway between the office buildings, you know, the sick sniper spot with the air raid button) when i was watching some talon mercs and super mutants duke it out, getting ready to snipe the shit out of the survivors when i was getting ones head in my crosshairs. then for some reason the game gliched more gnarly than ive ever seen, that mofo became extremely stretched out but folded up in on himself and started flying through the air. just wiggling like a motherfucker! and after that everytime i load up my save it freezes when i try to go into VATS or anything that takes you 'back' from game play >:[

Haha **** me, that happened yesterday. I'm only lvl 4 for god's sake, how am I supposed to survive a brute with a missile launcher? Took me two-three tries actually since I didn't want to waste too much ammo, but I got him down. Also got the shishkebab made today, it's wicked sweet.

Left Face Down 09-08-2009 01:56 AM

One day I'll be un-lazy and get Fallout 3 for the PC. I rented it for the 360, in hopes that my 360 wouldn't do what it did with Oblivion. At first it seemed it wouldn't, then when I got hooked, started really enjoying myself, ****ing freezes. Started doing similar to what it did with Oblivion (granted not as bad) and got to the point where I pretty much could play it for an hour, maybe two, and then it would over heat, freeze, and I'd have to wait like 5 hours for the fu.king 360 to cool down before I could play it again for an hour or two.

I've actually recently been playing Oblivion, seeing I stopped playing WoW and needed something to fill the void that I wasn't really "must be playing from x to x" committed too.

Fu.king 360 is a P.O.S. that I seem to question why I ever bought more and more. It was fun for like 6 months, then every game I was interested in was over played, and all the new games I wanted to play over heated it.

yeah, first time i ran into a brute i was pissed, i died like 3 times before i finally killed him. deathclaws are brutal as hell too.

also, ammo's a bitch, haha. whenever i go to a merchant i always buy out all their 5.56, 44mag, and 10mm ammo.

also, all that perk talk from earlier, the mysterious stranger one is pretty sweet, though he kind of has a habit of repeatedly shooting people i just shot in the face and killed in the VATS.

Crapdragoon 09-08-2009 03:25 AM

ever go to old olney? there is a crapload of deathclaws in that town. if you havent check it out and make sure you bring plenty of bottlecap mines ;D

Dude put it in a freezer while playing :-D

Aes820 09-08-2009 04:22 AM

Early on you're always scrounging for caps, stimpacks and ammo. Later on you've got so much of everything you don't know what to do with it all.

Early on you're worried about Brutes. Later on you've found the Experimental MIRV and are nuking the Takoma Industrial and Jury Street Behemoths.

Early on you hate it when you fast travel and spawn right next to a group of Talon Mercs. Later on it's such good fun.

Such a good game.

Crapdragoon 09-08-2009 04:29 AM

yeah by the time i stopped playing i had like 6,000 bottle caps, death claw gauntlet (i was a melee) all the weapons i wanted to keep , fawkes, dogmeat and all the bobbleheads. i was only like level 14 too

i got rid of my 360 a while ago tho so i never got to try the expansions or addons or wtfe

Sad But True 09-08-2009 05:39 AM

I'm level 27 on my main Fallout save.

Also, is it worth getting all five expansions? I've looked over some of them, and although I'm fairly new to the game I've noticed that the level cap being raised from 20 to 30 ain't that bad.

I learned long ago never give out you number or personal info to random womens after you have been drinking. If your gonna do that just get there number and block yours if you call them. I haven't been out looking for women since I have been with my girl for 5 years now. so the rules may have changed.

I used to tell em my name was Jeff Bagwell. To avoid stalker situations. I even still have random people calling me jeff from the days of old. The only girl to call me out on the Jeff bagwell thing was my current GF. So I decided she was a keeper. Smart enough to see through the BS

Operation Anchorage is great fun and you get some kickass stuff at the end of it. The Pitt is entertaining and has more in the way of moral choices but isn't as fun as Anchorage. Broken Steel is a must, simply. It raises your level cap to 30 and is hella fun, but it does cause some seriously strong enemies to start appearing (Ghoul Reavers are not fun). Point Lookout is good, and you get some amazing skills from it. Mothership Zeta is a bit meh, but thats probably because I could breeze through it at level 27. To be honest I wouldn't do any of them until you're about level 12-15.

The_Mop 09-08-2009 01:11 PM

Annoyingly the thing with fallout 3 on my PC is the resolution is weird. I've heard of that it was problems with the ratio of my monitor (5:4 I think), it never shows the whole Pip Boy (you can see all of the important bits, but the view is from the whole of the edge of the pip boy screen on the right and that weird wheel thing on the left). usually I use the fov command and that sorts it out, and then I increase the field of view a little bit anyway.

i wanted it so bad, but once i got it, i went back to using the talon merc armor (or something similar) cos the powerarmor is too bulky, slows me down, made me not as stealthy, and boosted big guns which i never use anyway.

plus, like aes said, by the time i got the power armor, i had so many stimpaks i didn't know what to do with them all.

also, the only addon i downloaded was operation anchorage, but i didn't really like it that much. couldn't steal other peoples guns, or horde stuff, which was one of the main things i liked about fallout.

I used to like the Ranger Battle armour, but by the time I got my stats pretty high it did nothing for my small guns skill. I use power armour mainly for the +1 strength because I carry around pretty much every weapon I possibly can, and because when I want to be stealthy I just use the Chinese Stealth armour you get from the Operation Anchorage DLC.

Also, that particular power armour is hellfire armour, which has no negative effects ,ie, there's no agility loss like on other power armours, instead, there's +1 strength and fire/rad resistance. It's mint.
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Enclave_Hellfire_Armor
You can only get it when you finish Broken Steal and you have to nab it off enclave troopers.

The other DLC's are 'real', as it were, so you can pilfer all you like.
