Eg A clampdown on guns in schools.

Yea, probably. I listened to London Calling all the way through today during my history exam and I didn't hear it.

i think i'll get my *** kick for saying that, but i can't listen to london calling anymore.i got sick of it.and i'm getting sick of pretty much all other clash albums right now, so i listen to BAD and JS&TM all the time.

It's not a good thing when i get sick of the clash....it means i'm gonna be really really depressed soon. :upset:

i listen to more than one band...but the clash are my favorite by far.

i agree.side 2 is good.but the whole album is pretty good anyway.
and i agree that the clash never made the same album over and over again...and that's why they are better than the ramones.and because joe had a lot of talent at writing lyrics, and whoever was writing the lyrics in the ramones (dee dee i think?) was kinda lame (depends on the songs).
The clash were also 100x times better than the ramones just because they didnt hate each other (except at the end) and they were all friends and i think it helped them a lot to create the best music ever.

that's why we call the clash The Only Band That Matters.
