They've had their downsides but aren't that bad.

I hated the dorms while I lived there but looking back it was probably the most fun I've ever had for two years and I really miss them. Plus having a meal plan and not having to shop and cook was awesome.

And mitch I thought you only lived with like 2 other people, not in a frat house

I can imagine living in dorms would suck, sleeping in the same room with other people would annoy the **** out of me.

yeah turns out my dad is going to FL on business, so on his way back up he is gonna help me pack my **** up and drive up. (I have suspended license due to DUI). I figured it's best to get out of MS as soon as possible.

Same here, it was cool meeting people and getting a feel for Seattle but next year is gonna be all about independence, being able to cook for myself is gonna be great.

yeah, we do live in an area thats separated from the main house but i still basically live in the fraternity house.

I stayed in a hotel in Jersey across the river from NYC for one night and the only thing I can distinctly remember about it is that the tap water tasted like sewer.
