The food industry is doing the same thing they did in the early 90's when they made everything fat free. Yes it was fat free but they loaded it with carbs now they're doing just the opposite.

You have to eat good carbs (Whole grain bread) and good fats (Canola Oil) in order to lose weight. I just love seeing the skinny girls who think they are losing weight because they are "fat" when they really aren't. I guess they just feel better about themself.
