Yeah. I started feeling that just before I turned 16. I didn't want that all to happen but oh well. All of the good memories from the past make things so much worse. Not that you know you were happy, but to know all of the things from that happy time have changed.

You guys aren't setting a nice tone for my birthday in five days. I actually hope my life improves after I turn 16.

But to the others worrying about 16. It's no big deal. It is just like every other year, you are just a year older. I have always wanted to stay as young as possible. I was never one of those people wanting to be two or three years older than they really were. So every year for me gets worse and worse. If you are happy now, you will still be happy then.

Does anyone question the fact that Alexi could be the greatest if not in the top 3 of all time?

there are sooo many great and good guitarists out there... one of the best in technical sense? no! -> take a look at john petrucci, michale angelo batio, they are amazing in technical sense! they play their songs without mistakes, perfectly.

I agree with most of this. Alexi is nowhere even close to the best guitarist technically wise, but for inspiration and creativity in some of his solos, he's pretty high. Definately my current hero.

Yea, I wouldn't say Alexi is the [B]best[/B]. But he is definitely my favorite guitarist.

Behind Jari Maenpaa definately my favorite, but certainly nowhere near the technical skill of people liek Vai.

Yeah, Alexi was saying that the US models wwon't be the same as that, and that the lower fin will be longer, whereas that one is exactly the same as his. But I wouldn't buy that one, I'd rather have one of the black ones.

what amaze me about his solos is the fact that i can listen to them 1000x times and they aren't getting boring. i love his art of composing solos!! in my opinion he made his best ones on Hate Crew Deathroll ... every solo is great.

I'd have to say pretty much every solo is great, full stop. There's a few exceptions and I have to go "meh" but there's loads of them that have a great part, if not that whole thing. I love the solos in "Children of Bodom", "Warheart", "Hatebreeder", "Hatecrew Deathroll", "Living Dead Beat", 2nd solo in "Sixpounder", Spit on Your Grave by Sinergy. Those are a few that I like that I can think of.

I got Suicide by my Side album today by Sinergy.

i only saw one video by Sinergy and i couldn't stand them... its mainly cause i don't like power metal, though the guitar work is really nice :D but thats all

Some of the stuff is gay but some songs are cool. I like I Spit on your Grave, Suicide by my Side so far. I only really bought it for those 2 and just to see what else Alexi thought of outside of Bodom. You can hear Roope playing some cool solos too.
