Wow, you'd think with Tool's reputation they might have a couple things on iTunes.

I got the first and second verse the first chorus, and some of the second chorus done. For 46& 2 that is.

Yeah, it's alot different for vocals. I do every verse and chorus in one take, but if I sang the whole song in one take there would be more imperfections than there already are.

Yeah, you have a good point there Moses. If I was doing something a little more technical, like maybe an Opeth song or something, I'd have to do it in sections because I couldn't pull it all off in one take. I could probably do most Tool songs in one take though. It's mostly personal preference anyways, though. :shrug:

That's the most progress I've accomplished thus far.

Speaking of that show, does anyone know if its possible to rip video off of a VCD. I put the whole concert onto two of those to save space on my computer, and now that I have a new computer I'd like to try to get it onto my computer.

Also, has it been decided which parts of Ticks & Leeches will be cut out? I've got pretty much the whole song down, except for the slow part and the last 40 seconds or so. After I get the end straightend out, I'll start recording.

It can be done effectively without a slide, yes. I prefer it that way really, though the slide does give a nice effect*
