Times change. Noone will be able to make an album like the oldschool ones because they were made when black metal was getting started, they were younger too.

I think all Black Metal fans should be interested in hearing a new Burzum album. Its been almost 10 years since he's released an album and its been about 12 years since he released a Black Metal album.
