There is some really great R&B.

Well, no, but I just thought of it.

As I see it

Hip Hop: music

Rap: vocal style

The view I've always heard is that it's hip hop culture, of which there are five or so different aspects (beatboxing, rapping, breakdancing, etc).

As far as the music though, I use hip hop as a catch-all term for it, unless it's literally just some guy rapping, or scratching, or beatboxing.

Tsch yeah it is a good album I would love to get a good bit more of them but they release like 6 albums a year. The thing I find strange about them is they havnt played any of there old stuff for years they hate doing all that since they dont tour live or anything.
